Town & Country Motel

We were supposed to stay for 1 night while driving through the area. Told the guy we'd be there around 9pm, ended up getting stuck in standstill traffic due to a big accident with no cell service. Got to the motel at 2am and there was no one in the office and no one answered the phone. They advertise their business hours as 24/7 but considering we had to sleep in our truck, that is false information. Don't advertise 24 hour service if you're not open 24 hours a day.

Experience was too great at this family owned motel. I was stuck in snow storm, I booked a room and was too hungry don’t have the vehicle to drove to the nearest diner and it was freezing outside. So then I went to the front desk and requested him to took me to the Pizza Hut he was so nice and agreed to drove me there. He was very friendly and helpful.Highly recommend this motel without any hesitation!!

This is a place to lay your head if you have to. Rather dated decor. Messy front office, kids bikes and other objects laying around by the main office. Inside needs a good clean and decluttering, was not proffessional. In our room. We were welcomed by a rather large spider strolling across the headboard. Our door to the outside had just a handle lock like you would find on a bathroom door it was accompanied by duct tape covering what I think was a hole beside the handle. The bathroom door looked like someone tried to kick it down. Edge of the boxspring wasnt covered with a sheet or bed skirt and was dirty. They do not provide shampoo. Air con is a portable unit vented through a window and is very noisy. There was a ceiling fan which wobbled and needed tightening. Felt very insecure. Wouldnt vacation here.Wouldnt stay here again if i had a choice. As it was we didnt. Everywhere was booked due to construction workers needing lodging. It seemed clean, if you can get past all the other stuff.

Clean room, friendly staff, way better than I expected. The washroom is recently renovated. I will definitely visit again!

Due to an unfortunate incident had to pull from our room reservation owner was completely gracious and understanding we totally appreciate everything he did for us. Thank you!

Motel was clean. Check in was easy. Nice to have wifi available. Some guests were very loud, screaming and partying until 350am. Management should have dealt with this but didn't. The windows were all unlocked in this very desolate location. Didn't feel very safe.

The owner is very friendly and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Great service!During our night at the motel, we lost our cat and we couldn't found her. After a week, the owner phone us saying that they found her and kept her during 2 weeks, enough time to come back to the motel to pick her up. While the owner kept our cat, he did everything he could to kept her safe and healthy. Thanks to his kindness, we were able to found our cat back, safe and sound!

Great place to stop off the hwy. Convenient location. Reasonable rates. Check in/check out process was efficient. Rooms were very clean and inviting. Bed was comfortable especially after a long drive. Appreciate the hospitality. See ya down the road!
