Will never go here again. They only except cash so they don’t pay taxes. The lady asked if I wanted me beard trimmed. Didn’t tell me she was going to charge me an extra $20 for a 2 minute trim. I should of known when I walk in on a Saturday and it was empty at 11.

Tiana and the new stylist give great haircuts! These ladies are awesome! Chad and Helen or no longer there after many great years of haircuts, but don't let that stop you. The ladies are great and will give you a great cut!!

Tiana is amazing and has cut my hair for a while now. Unfortunately, another customer and I were talked down to by the new owner for waiting on Tiana and not telling her ahead of time and then blamed for a customer walking out stating he would be back later. We explained to her how she needed to be on top of that as it was her business and because we cannot read each other’s minds. She seriously complained at us like we were her subordinates. I left, probably won’t be back after that. Sorry Tiana.

What happened?! All these good reviews are months old and most likely irrelevant now. I showed a photo of what I wanted and got nothing close, subsequently spending $23. $2 more than before. I also had to fix my bangs when I got home. Do not go.

Randa is amazing. I do not really look forward to getting my hair cut at the mall type stylists, too much pomp and flash for a simple haircut. She does a great job, trims up my beard and is a pleasure to chat with. I moved from Tsawwassen to New West and have come back because the haircut is done so well.

Been going here for over 30 years and yes the times have changed. After all these years new owner Randa gives by far the greatest haircut. I am a fairly difficult cut and she manages to perfect it everytime. I cannot recommend Randa and Tsawwassen Barbers enough.
