I had a specialty engraving job I needed done. Robert, the owner at Poltec, performed the work right there as I waited. I was able to provide some input on the engraving depth and other parameters, there in person. Poltec does some really nice work, both with laser engraving, and acid etching. They clearly take great pride in what they do.. Designers of electrical and mechanical equipment that require custom operator's panels, enclosure faceplates, and machine tags should consider Poltec for this work. As should machine and automotive restoration hobbyists/professionals, for reproduction machine tags, vin tags, etc.They 're clearly set up to handle everything from small, one-off work, all the way up to production quantities.

I had trouble getting this item engraved. I tried Poltec and not only did he take my item to be engraved, it turned out better than expected. Friendly service, done a day earlier than expected, he took the time to show me exactly how the engraving was to look, and I’m happy! Thank you.

I needed a quick turn around on a very difficult (carbide tri-rotary drill bit) engraving and no one would tackle it, but Poltec was recommended to me and so I called and Rob quickly established his no-nonsense, get it done correct with a quick turn around time-attitude and I was in and out in 30 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.
