Pas fort!J’ai du réservé une voiture à cause que j’ai eu un accident. J’ai appelé deux fois pour savoir ce qui se passait avec la ma réservation. La première fois j’ai eu un service très moyen, mais la deuxième on m’a dit que j’allais juste avoir une voiture vendredi et on m’a raccroché au nez. Vraiment pas fort!I had to reserve a car because I got into an accident. I called twice to see what was going on with my reservation. The first time the service was very mediocre, but the second time they told me that I would only get a car on Friday and the guy hung on me. Shame on you!

This enterprise location had showed me nothing but great customer service and always made sure they helped me out with my last minute car rental needs. I have being to many enterprise locations and this location definitely exceeded my expectations.I would like to thank the sales rep who helped me and offered me to drop while returning the car.

10 stars for Sierra (spelling? :S ) !!!!A+++ customer service! This young woman went above and beyond to help us out with a rental situation! Stayed after hours. Got us a great deal (with insurance). She had incredible knowledge on the products from international licenses to insurances to third party rentals - whole nine. What a gem! Hope she gets a bonus :) THANK YOU!!!
