Beach Hypnosis
I went to Beach Hypnosis in order to lose weight. I was skeptical at first, but Tracy did a great job of putting me at ease and helping me to relax. I didn't want another diet plan where I felt deprived and ended up putting the weight back on. I had 5 sessions and felt refreshed and relaxed after each one. I am now on the right path to my weight loss journey that doesn't feel like a diet, but making lifestyle choices that help me lose weight, and achieve my goals. Thank you Tracy!

My experience with Tracy was phenomenal. She is a very compassionate and understanding person and will go that extra mile to make sure you are getting what you need out of hypnosis. I did not know what to expect to get out of hypnosis but I am very glad I went to see Tracy because it has already made huge impacts on my life. Tracy is truly amazing! She helped me come through the fears I had about flying!
