Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Called 3 separate times last week and left information with the National call centre". Nobody ever responded to set up a repair. Not sure if they are still even in business."

Called several times a while back and left messages without ever get any returned calls. Finally talked to someone and they said send pics of the issue to see if they could/would repair. Emailed pics and never got a response again. Tough to use local companies when they don't want your work

I submitted an online request with a photo and had a technician come to my home to check my sofa so an estimate could be done regarding replacing the stuffing in the cushions. The service call was $84 and I called the office 6 times over two days to pay for the service call with my credit card. I also sent multiple emails and received no response. For this reason I would not be comfortable having any repair work done at this company. It is unfortunate because their website is great ....
