The most important, company and staff are reachable, there is person who you can call and ask questions if you need.We can not say anything about internet , it’s just installed, hopefully it will be very good as well.Thank you.

James S was the installation gentleman who came out the first time, from the beginning he was very professional, he was very informative and he even said he would check up on us to make sure the internet was working okay. Thank you James.The office team was very professional and dealt with my issue quickly after my bad experience with the Operational Manager. I appreciate they were able to help and sort out the issues I had.

The technician was super friendly & did the installation in time. I am unsatisfied about the extra installation charges for 10' tower, which I was communicated just before commencing the work, when I didn't have other options rather than agree. Also it appears that the additional $250 on top of the regular installation, for 10' iron pipe installed in 15 minutes is very high. Also I am unsure it the regular installation could be fine, as I had to believe the word of of the technician.The possibility of additional charge should have communicated, during setting up the appointment.

The technician called me as soon as the appointment has been set up to confirm the time and other arrangements. On the day of the appointment he called to let me know 2 hours in advance that he would be there at the designated time. He arrived on time and told me exactly what he was going to do. He worked quietly and efficiently and when the service was installed he patiently explained what I needed to do to activate the service and set up an account. He was professional and friendly and I am 100% satisfied with the entire experience with Integrated Solutions and especially with this technician.

The tech that installed our satellite was awesome. Super polite and professional, I felt so bad for him working out in 30+ degree weather but he got it done in good time! Highly recommend!

Hi, I had ken come out today He was fantastic and very great and I’m very satisfied with his customer service. He was very helpful and pleasant and courteous to me and my dog. There was another man that came out on Monday and he was pleasant as well very courteous very nice, but he told me that today there would be no activation fee or installation fee if they were to come back out on Wednesday or Thursday because I paid him $85 which was debited from my checking savings and now I hear I may have to pay $200 for an installation fee which I’m not happy about because I was told that I did not have to pay anything for installation. I hope that this is right thank you so much and I’m very happy with the service.
