Highly recommend Hampton Home Hardware for it's exceptional customer service. We had ordered wood and expected it to arrive by a certain date. There was a mix up and a broken down truck. I spoke with the owner and he was compassionately professional. He said that if he had to deliver this wood himself with his own truck he would, and we would not be let down. He kept his word and our wood was delivered. He has our family's loyalty and deserves nothing less. Thank you!!!!!

Nice enough store, staff are friendly, but THE sorriest excuse for a lumber yard I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Literally EVERY time we try and get material here we waste time, leave with nothing, or very little, and have to go to Kent, and EVERY time, they have what we need. You lost yet another large p.t. deck pkg this morning. Straight to the competition too. But not even news, been this way ever since new ownership took over. Might as well just close the lumber yard and stop pretending you have one at this point.

Very friendly staff greet us on the way in and also going out. Knowledgeable people at the job desk, guy named Paul knows a lot about building products and offered great suggestions for my project, got just what I needed!!
