Dr. Elise Bilodeau Chiropractic

I suffered from severe SPD during my 3rd pregnancy. I was having horrible stiffness and pain in my pelvis/hips and back a few years post partum. Dr. Bilodeau is amazing at listening to your concerns, diagnosing the issues, and creating a plan to help you recover. In a short amount of time she has completely helped me regain my flexibility and range of motion. I can do simple tasks pain free now. I am so grateful for her expertise. I would highly reccomend Dr. B to everyone in Kamloops.

I've dealt with shoulder and neck pain for years due to scoliosis, and no matter who I turned to for help I could find no relief. I had even tried a chiropractor before a few years ago, but the techniques he employed left me too nervous to return.Recently my massage therapist recommended Dr. Elise Bilodeau. I was in abject misery when I came to see her. I've tried many avenues to gain relief, to no avail. But after a few weeks of effective treatment from Dr. Bilodeau I feel like I have a whole new body. My pain has diminished exponentially and I no longer feel afraid that I'm destined to live a life of pain.

Elise is incredible, she has helped my wife, myself, prevented our daughter from a surgery. And so much more.I myself was very sceptical but extremely pleased with results. Highly highly recommend Dr. Elise Bilodeau!I’ve been going to the chiropractor for 8 years. All of my other chiropractors did a very quick and brief exam of my skeletal system and always just did spinal adjustments. After never seeing results for more then 2 weeks at a time I finally switched to Dr. Elise after many recommendations. I had an hour long exam with her taking into consideration all of my complaints and pains. After my exam she explained to me that it’s not mainly my skeletal system causing me grief it’s more so my muscles. After working on my muscles and giving me exercises for the past 4 weeks I am practically pain free for the first time in 8 years.None of the other chiropractors I saw examined the whole picture of the body system they just immediately wanted to adjust my spine.I’ve never met a chiropractor as caring and concerned for my well being as Dr. Elise. She truly cares about her patients and wants you to see results. It’s such a nice feeling when your chiropractor is just as happy about your progress/results as you are!

She is so helpful with my recovery journey from C section and every adjustment is amazing! She is so knowledgeable too.She is also great with my 8 month old daughter. Gentle yet very effective.We both love going to see her and after adjustment feels great.Highly recommend for both moms and babies.

I had struggled with arthritis in my back and hips for years and nothing seemed to help. I tried chiropractic treatments at the suggestion of a co-worker and that was a bad experience. The old snap, crackle, pop thing! Then a trusted healthcare professional recommended Dr. Bilodeau. Given my past bad experiences I was hesitant but I took a deep breath and made the call. Best thing I have ever done.Dr. Bilodeau is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable. She has a gentle touch and gets the job done without making you feel like you have been thru a crusher. She treats the whole patient and takes into account my other medical conditions. She gave me stretch/strengthen exercises and some to relieve the pain when it hits. Her best recommendation was that I invest in an exercise bike. I have been riding daily since March 2021. My mobility has improved and I have less pain. I have Dr. Bilodeau to thank. We still have a date every 3 weeks and I highly recommend her. She made a believer out of me!

Absolutely love and highly recommend Dr. Bilodeau to any and everyone. She has literally changed my life and life of many I care about.She saved my 18 daughter from having to have a second unnecessary surgery on her hip. The specialist wasn't able to help my daughter but Elise did.She truly cares, and listens to everyone's concerns.I've gone to chiro for years but nothing like her. I have recommended her to family and friends who took my advice and are currently being treated by her. Including my mom who is 67 years old and had previous bad experiences with chiro, now loves seeing Dr. Bilodeau.She doesn't twist and pop you and send you on your way, she absolutely treats and helps you keep a quality of life.Simply can't say enough about her.

Dr. Bilodeau is a fabulous chiropractor. I found her to be extremely diligent in finding the root problem of the chronic neck pain I was having for six months after surgery. Within a few weeks of treatment I had gone from miserable and uncomfortable all the time back to feeling like my regular self. I love her approach to treatment; she is extremely hands on with manual manipulation and muscle work, not just the typical snap crackle pop style chiropractor. On top of the amazing treatment she provides, she also gives home care suggestions and stretches that really work. If all of that doesn't sound amazing, imagine a doctor who can even do scar massage work to take an ugly, raised and ropey scar and work it down into a smooth fine line. This doctor is a miracle worker. Definitely make an appointment with her if you want to feel better and actually stay better. Thank you Dr. Bilodeau, I really appreciate you.

Highly recommend Dr. Bilodeau! I brought my 6 month old baby in and she was very thorough in explaining the treatment. She treated his pelvis which has helped him so much with constipation. He's also sleeping much better and seems to be back to his normal self after a few sessions. Kamloops is lucky to have someone as talented and knowledgeable as her for chiropractic treatment.

Dr Bilodeau is very thorough at finding where your problem areas are. She has a natural ability to put your vertebras in place without stressing the muscles. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Bilodeau for the last couple months and we are very satisfied. We would recommend her to anyone having problems.
