All I can say is that this was by far the worst place I'd ever visited when it comes to customer service.I went to the self checkout, and the person who was overseeing that area made me feel like a criminal.They were looking over my shoulder, checking my cart to see if what I checked off lined up with what was on the list.I was very uncomfortable and would absolutely never return there to the self checkout.

My friends and I were kicked out of your store due to the fact that we we supposedly standing in the door way and instead of politely asking us to leave they kicked us out anyway with argue. The employee told us we were not allowed to buy anything there and accused us of turning on and using a handicap automobile which we didn’t and don’t even know how because we were grouped up by the machines. Our reasoning was that we were waiting for the hot food station to be ready because there was nothing there and even though we told the employee that we were going to buy food we were told to leave regardless. Just before we were confronted with this problem I even discussed that we should’ve moved out of the way seconds before we were told to leave. Though one of my friends sat on one of the handicap automobiles he was told to leave with no warning and when he told the employee he was going to be a paying customer we were still evidently kicked out.The issue will hopefully be resolved and back to normal and sway the way of our thinking about your store.

My 24 year old daughter and I just left the store. We went in the self checkout we had a lady by the name of Lena help us. She is the best person ever to help. My daughter and I were hungry and tired and she has a bit of OCD so Lena was calm and helpful and showed us a trick to be organized. Also the bakery staff were amazing. Didn’t get there names but I believe the man was the manager and the young lady was on shift at 5pm on Wednesday. All the young lads stocking shelves were full of smiles and very politeThank you Lena for being so nice and patient with usHappy Easter to all the staff

This store has a good quantity of stock. Most of the employees are pleasant and helpful. When busy, there are not always enough cashiers open. This causes some long lines.

Not good service at all so not come here ever the girl was super RUDE and not nice at all or PROFESSIONAL she didn’t Acknowledge that I was waiting to be served as a customer and was chatting with other workers and pretended at first that I wasn’t there. When she came up to the counter and I said to her you look like you haven’t gotten any sleep because I was being friendly and I’ve seen her before she rolled her eyes and said that I’m not nice at all. Infront of other workers and people. Definitely not comming here again!

After years of coming here, I now get anxiety to shop here for if I need to interact with a staff member, it seems to always be an unpleasant experience. I’m not sure why they have such poor customer service. Maybe some training in this area could be provided to staff in the future.

Good store! As far as Loblaws markets go, this location has it all. Great fresh produce and a large selection of treats! I love their 50% shelf in the bakery.

I’m at a loss for words with prices absolutely ridiculous. $23.49 box of Pinty’s wings sale price and your cost is $12.07, Janes boneless bites sale price $20.99 and your cost $10.07. No you’re not price gouging at all. Unbelievable.Lineups unbelievably long 11 registers and only 2-3 open during their busiest times.Apparently management is completely fine with staff doing back flips and gymnastics on sidewalk store property where customers can walk great representation of professionalism!

Great produce. A lot of items one normally doesn't get at other grocery stores. A bit more pricey than other super markets. A lot of variety for ready to eat items.
