I booked an appointment online for 11 am today as i was going out town so i wanted to get my eyebrows done. I was in hurry and when i got there the lady said she couldn’t do it coz she had 3 other customers waiting for a haircut at the same time even though i booked earlier. It was so unprofessional .. She was like i didn’t see your appointment online so i booked them for the haircut..It was so upsetting because i had to leave without getting my eyebrows done...Never again!!!

Danielle is my favorite Hair Painting Aunty. She is open and willing to listen, she explains what will work and makes it understood if she is unable to make it happen. I appreciate her honesty and I completely trust her work. Sometimes my hair takes longer to lift the roots so I book early and keep in mind that sometimes it takes longer than expected.

Jessiah, my hair stylist provided a great cut in a personable and professional manner. Overall a pleasant experience at an affordable price. Will be back to see Jessiah in the future.

The salon was supposed to open at 9 am , according to the sign on the door. My appointment was at 10 am an I was 10 minutes early, at 10 after 10 I left as no one showed up to open the store. Never again!!!

Went in for pixie/bob haircut. Expressed to the stylist I was nervous about going so short. She assured me there was nothing to worry about. She had to have the manager help her cut the back and then assured both the manager and myself she would have no problems with the front and sides. The manager left and the stylist continued to try and cut my hair for another hour (two hours total), at which point she decided to stop before it was unfixable and told me I’d have to come back in for the manager to complete it. She didn’t bother to style it and just let me leave with a bunch of uneven spots. Manager said she could fix it for me but, after what had happened, I decided to go elsewhere.

The staff in this salon are the best iv ever met .... the attn to detail .... the care shown for my wishes and .... of course the service were all beyond compare ...I simply went looking for a hair cut ... but the stylist that angaged me took the time to wash my hair ... massaged my scalp .... and eventually applied a gentle lotion to my scalp made me feel like I was headed for the party of a lifetime ....And after all of this ... the prices were much more than reasonable ..... I felt privlaged to offer a tip to the lady .... she was very humble and informed me that there was even a warranty and if I felt later that I needed too ... I was welcome to return to have anything adjusted ....Smart style and they're exquisite staff had me feeling that I was the most important client to enter their establishment .... I cannot say enough about the services provided ....I encourage every person I meet to make an appointment and discover the abundance of wonderful people... services and products available right here in chilliwack ....I feel that once you become a client here you'll have found the only salon you will ever need to visit .... so next time you are un Walmart....stop in and discover what awaits you at Smart Style (inside Walmart).... Bad experience. Went for hair colour. Showed colour purple n guess what I got.. magenta. N all she want me to listen here n agree with here. She was even not like to hear me n become loud n rude . Worse worse
