David was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative when I was looking for slippers for my partner who is disabled and couldn’t be present due to weather conditions. David’s advice and patience were very valuable in my search, especially when he asked intelligent questions about the condition of my partner’s feet and when he made statements intended to make me feel comfortable in a brand new store for me. When I was there I bought shoes. They weren't the right ones. So I had to return em.Upon returning I waited in line behind a huge karen that was abusing the poor staff and managment. I felt so bad for them.They remained calm,kind and curious through the whole extange. I woulda cried and walked out If it were me tbh.When it got to my turn after what seemed like a whole life time they staff were so nice. And we were chatting and I told them how sorry I was about the karen.My return was smooth sailing just give merch and money gets refunded. Easy peasy lemon squeezey.I'd shop again.
