So the first red flag was the fact they were blowing up my phone last week while I was at work and playing telephone-tag with me before I FINALLY was able to arrange the video appointment (yes, a freaking VIDEO appointment). Yesterday and today they reminded me of my appointment between 10am and 2pm (that’s what she said to me last week, but then 5 minutes later she changed it to 10am and 12pm). Fine. So why did I waste 4 hours waiting for this appointment that never came? 10, 11, 12, 1, and 2 o’clock came and went. I start work at 2pm, so I assume they forgot about me. At 3:35pm while I’m in the middle of a work incident, I get an email and a text from them saying my appointment starts at 3:15pm. So not only are they extremely late at this point, but they are notifying me 20 minutes after their newly-decided appointment time. AND THE OFFICE CLOSES AT 4PM!! Way to set a first impression to a patient that’s never set foot in your office before, guys. STAY AWAY from this joke of a medical clinic.

The dr. is very unprofessional the dr. didn't knock the door before enter in the room while i was changing the clothes three times he entered in the room without knocking the door and most of his patients are female, so i am surprise that he still didn't knock. he needs to understand boundaries between his patients.

I had the displeasure of speaking to the most disrespectful, condescending receptionist I have ever spoken to in MY life. Two of my children are patients at this clinic and my youngest child was recently referred to Singla. My 3 year old went in for her echo and ecg and the appointment went great. When it came to booking the appointment for the test results we rescheduled more than once. We were not in the city for months as my mother was in the ICU. The office and I went back and forth and in the end they said I needed to obtain a new referral bc I rescheduled her appointment more than once. As soon as we came back to the city I had our pediatrician send a new referral. The office is now wanting to treat my daughter as a new patient and start over which makes zero sense. Now to my interaction with this minion of a receptionist. I explained to her that I was forced to get a new referral and really all we needed to schedule was the findings of the tests my daughter had. She explained in the rudest tone (which by the way I didn’t react to at first) that if you rescheduled with their office twice they require a new referral and a new patient appointment starting from square 1. My response was that I have never heard of such rule and that I went along with getting another referral as they requested however that I had the right to have an appointment discussing the test results seeing as she was not a new patient. I then said “ I’m sure you have rescheduled more than once before with your own doctor” and her response was in the more condescending tone “ UMM NO…I ACTUALLY GOO TO MYYY APPOINTMENTS”……and that when I lost my cool and raised my voice at her addressing her disrespect, her lack of professionalism and condescending behaviour. THIS WOMAN IS THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR THIS OFFICE, she is setting this clinic up for failure if doctor Singla doesn’t address this matter.I have sent an email to the admin team to have Dr.Singla call me back personally to discuss what happened today. We’ll see if they relay email to the doctor or just delete it so as to hide her disrespectful behaviour towards his patients.

Very unprofessional for time management. If you can not handle your patient then please give them limited appointments so that Patient can come on time and get their works done.Wait for 2 hours is not good even have appointment , 15 to 30 minutes is ok but for 2 hours wait its totally bad.Doctor didn't check anything , Just provide another appoitment after 2 minutes talk , you guys can book on call if have any question then ask on call as well , Just for 2 minutes talk patient need to wait for 2 hours such a bad time management.

I run a business so i understand that there can be mishaps, but today there was no mishaps. You just made us wait for 45 minutes…. Tell me in what business you can make a customer wait 1hr when they have a appointment booked for a certain time and expect them to support you and come back??? What are you people doing with our tax dollars???? Pull your head out of the sand your suppose to be doctors??? Time Managment does not take a lot of intelligence, makes you wonder if there that bad at running there practice…. How bad are they at being a doctor…….. 1 star because the staff was still friendly.

For 12:45 appointment i am still waiting even though i arrived 45 minutes earlier than the actual appointment. The reason is babies examinations take more time. Then why don’t you planned the appointments properly.

Dr. Mohit Singla is one of the most extraordinarily compassionate doctor I have had the pleasure of interacting with! He was extremely polite, professional and comforting during the session. I truly wish to commend and appreciate the service and care offered by him & his team. There is not a single negative thing to highlight and I wish more people recognize the hard work they are putting in, while having to cater to multiple patients continuously!

Dr. Singla is absolutely amazing. My daughter was referred to him by our family doctor. The first appointment was virtual, and as I was very concerned, he squeezed us in for an in person appointment the very next day. All of the testing was done on the spot, and he came in afterwards to discuss the results. He was extremely thorough and very kind. He did not rush through the appointment like most specialists do, and he took the time to answer questions. I was instructed to expect to be in the office for around 3 hours, everything was done within an hour and a half. Highly recommended Dr. Singla.

My newborn had an appointment today and I had the worse experience speaking to the most disrespectful, condescending receptionist I have ever spoken too, her name is Karima. While my newborn was crying so much she gave me a hard time she was ignorant and making the procedure even harder. It’s funny how I was going through everyone’s reviews and everyone seems to be having a problem with the receptionist so maybe it’s time for them to get someone else.

I have brought my daughters and my baby to this clinic before, in newmarket branch. You were really interested and we were very pleased. my son's last ultrasound (March 15, 2023) was taken. The doctor gave the video call day to a faraway date like June 12 to talk about the ultrasound result. Although my wife was connected to the meeting and waited for the doctor for 1 hour yesterday, the doctor did not connect. I sent an e-mail to the doctor yesterday, but I got an e-mail from them that we missed the meeting. but this is not right the situation was as I described above, they did not connect with us. moreover, a faraway date such as 19 July was given for a new meeting. I don't understand how people move so slowly on an important issue like health. what if my son has a serious condition is it justice to give such a faraway date?
