Where do I begin?! I am so happy about the service rendered at Health One! Prior to visiting the optometry I was on a search for places to go to to do an eye exam and was unable to get a booking that catered to my schedule. I was walking in the area and running other errands when I came across a well lit and visually appealing store with a myriad of frame options! When I walked in, I was overwhelmed with a wonderful customer experience. I met Summiyah and she was PHENOMENAL! Super personable, and professional! She seamlessly walked me through the entire process from my eye exam to getting new frames, she accommodated my scheduling constraints and I was able to get an appointment that day AND find new frames! The optician was VERY informed and took her time to educate me about the things I needed to know.I'm incredibly grateful to have noticed the store but even more thankful for the atmosphere and the service rendered.Health One TO - 10/10 always!!!

The Health One ecosystem is by far, the best medical experience I've ever had.At the start of the new year, I went a little overboard and booked appointments with all of the departments. My vision test with the optometrist was pleasant and informative. The walk-in clinic wait times are incredibly short. And my appointments with Dr. Saira Kassam have literally helped my overall health do a complete 180 for the better.I'd highly recommend this location and all the staff there as well.

First off, mix ups and human error happens and that’s okay. It’s unintentional and it’s normal. What’s not okay is lying and then gaslighting your patients. This clinic mixed up my appointment times by 40 minutes. For me, it was inconsequential and I could have just gone somewhere else to run errands and came back in half an hour.Instead, they said that they’ll be able to see me within 10-15 minutes and just wait.15 minutes later…”oh you’re next.”Half an hour went by, and a few walk ins went before me, so I check in…“You’re next. They’re just seeing other doctors.”At this point, I know they’re lying, because I saw my doctor walking into multiple different rooms at this point. So, I sit back down and waited.I waited for ~an hour to finally see the doctor. At this point, I’ve already spent all my energy trying to be patient and understanding. At the same time, people should still be respectful of other people’s time. This is our life! Our time is limited.I expressed the front desk very clearly, that it was not okay to lie to me. They have all the information: Who’s left in the queue, which patients the doctors have already seen. They should be managing their clients expectations. The person running the front desk. Straight up gaslighted me. She said she didn’t mix up the appointment times. She said “you’re next” means you’re next to wait in one of the rooms. And then proceeded to ignore me.The only reason this review isn’t a one star, is because of Nala. She deserves all the raises this clinic can afford, and should be running the place. After the unpleasant conversation with the previous woman. She gave me compassion and accountability even when it wasn’t her fault. She even gave me a solution to avoid the mayhem of walk-ins next time. When your clients are showing you some patience and grace for appointment time mix ups… the least you can do is show some compassion and respect.EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO THAT.

I had booked a full eye exam and when I arrived in the clinic, I saluted the receptionist and she didn't reply as she didn't hear me(but definitely saw me), as she was laughing out loud with another staff and trying on glasses. After going around for several minutes, she then came to take me to the doctor. The doctor was amazing, nothing but excellent service and professionalism. After the exam was done, I paid and I was told by the same receptionist that I would be sent the invoice and prescription via email that day. I didn't, and i had to call several times and sent an email to get it in my email. Very disappointed on the customer service considering the fat price they charge.

With all due respect, the clinic doesn't feel like a medical center anymore. It feels more like a luxury lounge or wellness center. First, I don't find appointments at the time of the need (slots are usually booked for 2 weeks), and when I find one, those are canceled without any notice.I just had a medical need. I have a very bad cough. I have been coughing my lungs out for the past 2 weeks. I booked the appointment and got the confirmation email as well 24 hours before my appointment 24. I was hoping to sleep better tonight, but when I visited the clinic, I was told that the doctor had to leave and there was no replacement doctor available. This has happened to me in the past as well. Please be a professional and help the person in need when he needs. If this is how your so-called clinic operates, I think I should look somewhere better where I can find real doctors.

My experience at HealthOne was very smooth and prompt. They made sure to keep me informed about the procedures. Kartik was super nice and professional. He explained the procedure to me step by step and how to maintain the health of my teeth. He even gave me a live tutorial on how to floss which I really appreciated. I definitely found the best place for my health needs

Yesterday I wrote about my bad experience with my $620 knee brace i purchase at this store and my disappointment when they cannot do an exchange for me. Today I got a call from the medical center asking me to bring my knee brace for an exchange. I appreciate the customer service from the owner and resolving my concerns immediately. I am happy to continue my yearly purchase from your store going forward . Thank you fir the quick resolution to my satisfaction. This is what I called service after salesKeep up.the front desk girls are excellent ..

We don't have family doctor yet, however, we had an appointment with Dr. Imaan Kara. She is so polite and sincere. We are so lucky to meet her. Thanks so much :)

I had some issues at the start with getting an appointment. They quickly added walk-ins slots so that patients could get appointments quicker. Young Dr's who collaborate on your care if needed. My family of 50 years just retired and I am adjusting to this clinic and I am very pleased with my care. Dt Kara is excellent. Thank you.
