David from UPS called me, berated me then hung up. When I called back. He cussed. I get that it’s Monday but this is the worst courier service I’ve ever. David is not meant to be doing this work.

This company is absolutely terrible. They charge hidden delivery fees to their customers while other services don't.Companies that choose to deliver with UPS are passing on hidden fees to their customers.I bought a package from the US with full shipping included. They won't delivery my package until I pay $60 for the import fee? But the import fee is $20 max for an item. Either way the shipping was supposed to be free.When I asked about it they just blew me off and said yes you will have to talk to the company you bought the item from. Why? I didn't choose UPS? I didn't set the prices for shipping or make promise free shipping. This is solely between UPS and the manufacturer. Yet they want to push work onto the customer.Very deceitful. Would never recommend.

David at the UPS Victoria Center was the most helpful person! I spoke to several UPS agents across various departments, but only David was able to solve my problem and actually WANTED to help. He is awesome!

Unfortunately, I've only had terrible experiences with UPS. Last week a delivery attempt was made with no call nor notice of it occurring, I had only discovered it happened by looking online. I then requested the parcel be delivered to a close pick-up location which it never reached. Instead, my parcel was sent to a sorting centre in Alberta even though I had arranged with the 1(800) number rep that it would surely get to me this week. It seems as if there is major miscommunication between the on-call representatives and the on-the-ground depot. I hope this issue is resolved quickly because this is a busy time for all.

They will sell you one day shipping, but trust me, it doesn't mean a thing. They will blame the shipper for missing the drop-off time while admitting that it was dropped off at the earliest time possible. 2 days into overnight shipping, and the parcel has moved from Victoria to Vancouver. Absolutely useless, and they will not admit fault.

Never had a good experience with UPS other than the actual people who works as a delivery driver and rings your door.

UPS customer service is a joke! UPS delivery guarantee has been suspended. I have a package coming from Germany that was sent UPS Expedited 3 day delivery to Victoria BC. It has been sitting in Cologne Airport for 14 days now. Unexpected delay, will be shipped as soon as possible. Tried contacting customer service. They told me to go fish! I would never choose UPS to deliver anything again. Especially if it was a part needed to get my company up and running again. I can't even get it sent back to its point of origin to send it via FedEx. They have my package hostage and refuse to send it, return it or release it.They get a Zero rating from me.

This is the worst Courier Service in the world. If you want to self-declare an item you receive from outside of Canada they will make your life a living hell. I highly recommend any Courier in the world other than UPS would be the Preferred Choice.

Brought 1 item from Coach Store. Always track it with order number on your Website Alway said shipping delay. I never got the item shipped to my house. Only tells me between leave Coach warehouse to my house somebody saw the opportunity steal it.

Go to either Yates St or Hillside location instead of bothering driving to this access point. They really should take down the Customer Centre sign down or throw a tarp over the large signage because their drop off and pick up service has been discontinued for well over two years (since April 13, 2020 according to the door signage) with zero indication when that part of their service will reopen. Extremely inconvenient for anyone in Saanich requiring online returns to coordinate with errands going into Victoria.Their sorting facility is also a bit of a pain. I made a redirect address to their toll free call line and even though it takes 1-2 business day for their archaic logistics software to update, they still delivered to my ex-boyfriend's address downtown which is highly inconvenient. So no, they're lucky they garnered two stars only because I had decent service from their previous location on Commerce Circle.
