Low quality and non existent customer service. Bag strap broke after about four months, was told to reach out to Ontario store instead. Emailed photo & receipt and explained in details and received no reply after emailing twice and two weeks wait. Same thing for Facebook messenger. So consider yourself warned if you buy Furla goods in Canada.

Wife purchased handbag...She was told leather material is from Italy. Then she asked the sales girl if the bag is made in Italy. The sales girl answered Yes. Found made in China tag inside the bag after we got home. We are upset that the sales girl lied. Not upset about the bag is made in China. Will not return to this store.

Absolutely amazing service. Cassandra, the sales expert went above and beyond helping myself and other customers. She's shown deep knowledge of product and pricing and incredible understanding of our needs. I bought a bag from her and came back for another one same day.
