Great place for massage therapy. The therapist might be hit or miss as you try and find the right one for you, but the environment is always relaxing and the staff is friendly. Price is average, but I often am able to book the day/time I want as long as I call in a few days before.

The staff are very professional and polite. The place is exceptionally clean and well kept. They can book you in quickly if need be. Madison was the RMT treating me and she was lovely! Very kind, professional, and made sure I was comfortable. She did wonders to alleviate my neck pain. I would recommend her and the Health Network to anyone looking for massage therapy.

If I could give more stars, I would would. Such a friendly place! Always greet me with friendliest hello and have everything taken care of with my benefits before I’m done my appointment. I have been seeing Crystal for chiro and Peter for massage for over a year now and it’s my favourite time of the month! I live in St.Thomas and drive 45 minutes to see them! This is the place to go for massage, chiro and physio! Highly highly recommend!

Easy to get last-minute appointments. Very clean. Reception is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly invested in your experience. Aaron and Kelsey are top-notch RMT's!

Nice, clean ambience. They have a lot of therapists and usually can accommodate you the same day. Convenient location with ample parking. Josh is the best therapist I have known.

The owner is an amazing individual. I have used the rmts here off and on as required for many years. The other day when I dropped in to see if an appointment might be available the owner took an interest and educated me on my issue. He was able to solve my problem without an appointment. Fantastic folks all the way round!

I’ve been going here for a few years and they are very prompt in their communication when phoning. Direct billing is convenient. Massage therapists are very professional and the place is nicely decorated. A returning client for sure!

In general the health network was a nice experience. The aptmosphere was quante and elegant. The staff were kind and effecient. The massage itself was very nice and relaxing to a point. Unfortunately staff members congregated near my room door and I had to listen to the employees joke and laugh.

Went there with my fiancé using gift cards that we got for Christmas for 45 mins. We handed over the gift cards before the massages began, which were marked with the allotted time. However, upon finishing we were informed there was a “mixup” and we were in there for 60 minutes, and felt ambushed at the end to pay money we weren’t expecting to, that wasn’t due to our fault. Nice massages though.
