Mary Brown's Chicken
Young gentleman who works the counter is so polite; goes over and beyond by doing the little things that make a difference but are lacking these days; such as being courteous, bringing your order over to you, and being patient even though they've probably had a long day. Great service so far.

i think this place has the best food quality and service for any fast food place i’ve been to in a long time. they had food quality checks before handoff and was nice to see the owner help out at any positions where they had to fill a void. it was great to see. food was delicious , but i think the gravy was too salty for my palate.

Mary Brown's Chicken
First time trying this place. Went in on March 26th and I was greeted with warm smiles and amazing service. The mgr and staff were super friendly. The food was super fresh as it was made and prepped on order (even their wedges were battered on order), it tasted so much better than the other fast food fried chicken places. Their meatless options look great as well, I will definitely be coming back!

I recently visited this establishment, and had previously. My previous experiences were great. Food was dry and overcooked. Service recently has taken a significant nose dive in the way of neglectful. Walking in, the teens were on their phones and didn’t acknowledge me as a person until they were ready. Then a friend walked in, took my order and walked back out into the dining area only to stare at my family in an odd and very uncomfortable manner. When I spoke with The owner, he couldn’t care less about my experience.I will not be returning

First time I have tried this place.There was only a person on the front taking orders, packing them and bringing them to the tables or people waiting for their food.The waiting time was far away more than normal. There was many people waiting for their orders.The food was average. Nothing making me come back again.

Great fried chicken! I went for the Mary Brown's spicy chicken sandwich. It was one of the best I had. Good portion and taste. I did not like the fried potato wedges. I prefer regular fries.

I’ve had Mary Brown for so long, I think I can give a good review.For the entire time I’ve eaten at Mary Brown’s, I’ve only had the chicken sandwich’s. Nothing else. The chicken is crispy, and a bit dry, but is good.The bun is soft, and the mayonnaise is good. The pickle is a nice touch too. The only reason why it’s not a higher review is the sizes. They are not big, so expect to eat more after if you’re eating here.

One of larger dining areas you’ll find in Peel/Halton for Mary Brown’s locations. Had the Frosty Feast promotion which is enough food to feed 4-5 people. Great service. The restaurant is very clean
