Good selection of tile; showroom and shipping staff very courteous and helpful. Not my experience unfortunately with order desk or back office/head office who have been unresponsive to basic requests incl callbacks. I suspect focus is on business and contractors as clients.

If you are a contractor don't go here. I have an account with them. I needed 3 4x8 by 1/2 inch Schluder kredi board. I was redirected to the show and was asked to sit down as if i was at the bank. I told her want I needed. I had all the Schluder codes etc. I told her what page it was on after 25mins of pain staking agony she informed me there was none in stock. I should have walk out on her but I was too nice. As contractor time is money. If this is how you treat your contractors. You're on Slippery slope. Useless place.

Very helpful staff. Took me to the section I needed to look at which was extremely well laid out making it easier to envision a whole wall of tile.The tile I chose was available right then so I was able to drive away with everything I needed. The loading bay service people were great too. Got to their shop because it is across from Olympia but that shop was closed. Glad we stopped at Ceratec.

Nope. Awful service. Reached out to a manager and Paul (CEO) to ask for a resolution to a special request (one-time exception) and they couldn’t be bothered to help.
