HOTWORX - Londonderry, NH

HOTWORX is my new obsession. Everything from the easy bookings, calorie counting app, variety of classes to the super convenient class schedules etc…is what keeps me committed. There is a brand new HOTWORX opening near me however I will continue to travel to Londonderry. Francesca (owner) is absolutely wonderful. You would never catch me going to the gym solo until I became a member at HOTWORX. It’s a clean, welcoming environment with semi private sauna rooms during your workout.

I absolutely love going to Hotworx and really enjoy working out in such a unique environment. Everyone I have met has been a pleasure to deal with and I regret not taking the leap to join sooner. Highly recommend!

Hotworx Londonderry is the best! The staff are so friendly and encouraging every time I show up for sessions. They also keep the space so clean. Hotworx is an affordable workout compared to other studios I joined in the past and I notice amazing results in my energy levels and strength. Definitely consider joining!

Love coming here for a quick work out! I am a mom and work 49 hours a week and found this is an awesome way to burn some quick calories! Also love hot yoga with I can find the time for a longer session! Friendly staff and super clean! Never those I would ever work out in a sauna but this place is awesome and I definitely recommend !

Bella and Francesca go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and accommodated for. They answer any question your mind can come up with and I'm so happy to have a found a place to workout that's not only private but warm and homely. Just after a couple weeks of going consistently my seasonal depression is already better and I haven't felt this good in a long time! Sign up, seriously you won't regret it.

Terrible customer service, felt extremely unwelcome.I booked a free trial class to try it out and they assured me that I would have the room to myself, which made me feel comfortable for it being my first time there. When I arrived (a few minutes late as I had a meeting that ran past), they gave me glares and attitude about not being on time. They said they added another person to my room reservation and I was not allowed to join since she already started. I was perfectly fine with rescheduling since it was on me for not being on time, but their attitudes, condescending tones, and lack of transparency about adding another to the room completely turned me off from rebooking. Will not be coming back here.

My daughter and I tried our 1st free class a month ago and fell in love! We were welcomed by the owner Francesca and manager Isabella that happens to be a mother/daughter duo! The saunas are immaculate, the workouts are amazing! I've never been so interested and involved with exercise! I get up excited every morning to meet my daughter! I have arthritis in my back and feel so much better with the infrared! I cant wait to see how I feel in the next few months! Thanks Hotworx!Suzanne

I've been at member at Hotworx in Londonderry since they opened. I was looking to try something new and I'd read about the health benefits of infrared saunas. I was especially interested since I'd heard with regular use, people were reporting improvements with autoimmune disease symptoms, specifically inflammation. Something new and challenging that can get me in shape, potentially reduce chronic pain, with flexible scheduling...um, sign me up! I thought I would like it but, I love it! I'm getting toned and most importantly, I feel awesome. I think the best part is the short classes with scheduling available 24/7, no reason for this busy, full time working, single mom to not be able to squeeze in class when I need it. The staff and members at the Londonderry location are friendly and fun. If you're considering going, give it a try!

Love this place! The infrared gives me a mood boost and I have so much more energy!! The workouts give modifications so you never feel bad about not being able to do anything, which makes me work harder lol
