This location happens to be my home branch... I've been with them for just a little over 4 years and I've seen the staff come and go but the one thing that has remained consistent is the great service they provide. I also love the current branch manager, she was so pleasant!

Worst customer service ever. I have been waiting patiently for 4 weeks now to open a business checking acct and I keep getting responses that it's under review. This has to be the slowest service I've received in my 25 years dealing with banks.I email them twice to get a progress update and made 1 or 2 calls per week and by end of the week I get a half answer leaving me to wonder what other info they require from me.It's like falling in a limbo with no hopes of coming out of it.Worse customer service at this branch. If there was some explanation they gave or even refuse to open an acct for me I would've appreciated it but it's this constant silence and keeping you on the hook for as long as they possibly can that becomes so frustrating.Also good luck getting your calls and emails replied to as that happens very rarely.If there was an option of giving -5 star rating I wouldn't even blink!!!

Friendly staff and excellent service.

Switching to Meridian is one of the best business decisions I've ever made. I've been a small business owner for 25 years, and mostly dealt with the big banks. Meridian is so much better in every way. Mostly the really, truly personal service. They are excellent. Special thank you to all the nice people at my Burlington branch!

Great personalized service. I am a long time customer. I do find their account system a bit annoying but the service is great.

When the bank learned of the bad experience I had, they apologized and remedied the situation with excellent attention in my next appointment that I scheduled at Clarkson. The managers and advisors of the two branches were very understanding and I think that is what customer loyalty is all about. Thank you.
