Strathcona-Westmin Provincial Park
Strathcona is a great park, if you have the time it's worth a visit. It has numerous access points. Been to both the Della Falls and Buttle Lake both beautiful.

Strathcona-Westmin Provincial Park
We visited in early September, and the park was very, very quiet! Even the volunteer-run visitor centre was closed. A lot of the park seems to be aimed at backcountry multi-day adventures, but there are a number of short hikes around Buttle Lake - from Lower Myra Falls to Lupin Falls - all of which you can easily complete in one day.

A true outdoor experience. Be prepared to cross rivers and you will encounter wildlife. When we hiked in a grizzly bear had killed a horse and was feeding on it. This is not the place for the inexperienced trekkers. Beautiful but rugged

Paradise meadows is beautiful. Great for a short or a long hike just pack food, water and a camera and bring a friend

If you're driving down by Buttle Lake, try camping at Ralph River Falls and take the short drive over to Myra Falls. Beautiful rock formations and when the water's not too high one can climb over and amongst the falls. The hike from the trailhead to the falls is only about 1k and not too hard.

Spent many days hiking & camping in this park. Top notch destination for anyone who enjoy nature. Many times there was no one else, only me!

Beautiful Myra falls. Trail is well maintained. Price Creek trail needs some clearing and trail maintenance.

????????????????????????????????????? uh strathcona is larger than it appears on this map!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and what is with the rather large green blob on the south end of Vancouver island and what does Westmin have to do with Strathcona. Should i be taking mining claims and timber rights between tofino and tahsis tell me what is going on.
