B & K nails salon

Atmosphere was great, very clean and welcoming. Unfortunately the technician did not listen to what I requested for length and they came out much shorter than I had asked for. The coffin shape was not good - very rounded on the edges and uneven on the tip. When I asked for the tips to be straightened and flattened, she took off more length but still left the tips rounded. Two nails needed repairs so new tips were applied, but glued on at a downward angle so now my fingernail points downward at a 45° angle from my finger. Great color selection but absolutely would not recommend BK Nails given their lack of attention to detail when shaping and the poor finished product.

When I say the result was EXACTLY what I wanted and more. They were able to book me in a day of when I called in(Christmas Eve). Not only did they do the service quicker than expected, they let me choose the exact colours for each nail. Instead of assuming of the wanted colours of the picture I provided and going ahead with the assumption colours…the option to get the exact shade I wanted was definitely appreciated. The staff members were so polite & friendly in general, and when I pointed out a nail was crooked, they simple just agreed and fix it with no rude comments or attitude. The price I paid was definitely cheap for the amazing experience and service they provided, compared to other nail places I’ve gone to…which can’t say the same towards them. Anyhow, to say the least after the appointment…can say I definitely was THRILLED of how my nails looked. Definitely would recommend checking them out!

I have to post a rave review for B & K Nails Salon & Spa. I’m not only happy with their services, but also when I returned the next day to look for my watch I left behind, we realized it had likely fallen into the trash can. Without hesitation she ran for her coat and motioned for me to come too. I followed her out to the dumpster behind the building where she jumped right inside and started tearing apart the bags she knew were from the salon… and she found my watch!! Thank you for the outstanding customer service!!

What’s a great service here in this nail salon. The manicurist here so friendly. I would definitely recommend you for medicure and pedicures to this salon in town.

Loved it here! The team were short staffed but they made sure we got great service, I received an extra long massage while we waited for my boyfriend to finish his nails. The massage chairs were great and the staff were friendly and professional. We both got pedicures with leg marks and hot stone massage. The nails were so well done and fast. Def go here if you need your nails done at Sylvan lake - a fun couples activity!

An excellent pedicure. My friend and I were booked later in the day but they were able to accommodate us earlier than planned. Staff were friendly, conversational and receptive to preferences. They were genuinely kind in the process. Highly recommend. Space is clean, and the video/soundtrack was relaxing and calming.
