Monsieur lotseler me suis rendu dans cette enseigne pour une simple réparation.. et j'ai été reçu par un personnel fort agréable souriant et très compétent bravo Et merci je recommande vivement......avec une responsable française très aimable...je reviendrais et conseillerais à mes amis

Customer service was impeccable! I called at the last minute to get an appointment for a vision test. Got a place. Arrived there and smile waiting me. Waited 3 minites. Did the tests. Many more than I had in another banner.Kindly accepted to give me the prices even knowing I was now buying today.So 5 stars for service!Did not buyed glasses on with them yet. Price seems to be similar with of other big banner optometrist.

C.Jenssen took time to consider my needs for reading and Sunglasses and provided excellent advice. He also suggested additions to help reduce eye strain. The wait time to receive the glasses is a lot nowadays and the price is on the higher side but the service is very good. I would certainly recommend this place.

Belle expérience... Au départ, j'étais craintive et hésitante à me présenter et tant que j avais une prescription d'un concurrent ainsi que ma propre monture. J'ai très bien été reçue par la directrice du magasin qui m'a accueilli sans faire aucune différence.  Elle a prit le temps de m'expliquer la procédure, les délais d'attente, les prix et même me conseiller sur les différents types de verres existants ainsi que faire les démarches nécessaires auprès de mon optometriste pour un ajustement de prescription à ma demande.Milieu propre et organisé. Je recommande cette lunetterie pour le service de qualité,  la facilité d'accès pour s'y rendre et l'accessibilité des rendez vous.

0/5TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH A TRULY TERRIBLE ATTITUDE.As soon as i arrived at 5 pm on A thursday, i expressed that i was looking for new glasses with a prescription, the receptionist said the person who does the measurements without be there for a couple of days so i wouldnt be able to buy it today. Then what is the point of being open after othe rpeople work hours to not be able to sell anything and waste peoples time??As a poor student, i didnt have a lot of money for lenses. But the receptionist clearly didnt care or have time to waste on me (even if the store was empty...) and tried to force me to go with the expensive kinds without bothering to check for different prices or discussing it, even after i told her i was a struggling student. She had nothiNG BUT attitude and no explanation with each answer to my questions. She also just let her daughter or family member roam around the store with her earphones in without even being more polite than her mother.This store needs a reality check becausE if they have a deal with a university for students, then maybe accomodate and try to emphasize with THESE students coming in with a lower budget instead of treating me like garbage with no help whatsoever.GO TO COSTCO, COST ME 1/3 OF THE PRICE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
