As I left it 20 years ago...except more gadgets.You can easily get lost over there...but the prices are good deals.I like as it's a heritage place for Canadians ❤️

I would put no stars if I could because I was ambushed by those credit card people who shouldn't be allowed in the store. I already had a perfectly good Canadian Tire Triangle card with a 10,000 dollar limit, and I was made to sign up for another at 2,000 dollar limit, and mine was going to be canceled. These guys are scamers, and you let them set up shop in your store.

Just simply a great CT. The staff are always available and the prices are unchanged unlike the big stores. You can always find a bargain too. I do most of my Christmas shopping in this store. They also have party supplies that most people aren't aware of yet. I feel welcome here. Lucky Oakville.

I have a great memory of this branch. The Management is very friendly and supportive. Vrij along is a Gentleman who helped me with getting a great discount on the products I purchased.Many thanks to the manager and Vrij both.

This is the closest neighbourhood CT store. It's not the largest in the area but I can usually find all I need there. In addition, it's located on its own plaza with a lot of parking space and a gas station which is also convenient. Staff are mostly young people but knowledgeable enough to help when needed.

Not sure why you guys have mouse glue traps by the cash. They are incredibly cruel and should be banned altogether. They will kill anything by a slow death that walks on them. There are more humane traps.

I was at this location for an exchange this morning. Amazing customer service. The young girl at the desk was helpful kind and professional. When she wasn’t sure how to handle the matter she got in touch with the manager and he was just as nice and was able to help me. Very please.

Kris, the manager on duty was unbelievably rude in my brief interaction with her. When I walked in, she was patronizingly scolding a man about a sale that doesn't start tomorrow and asked him if he used the word please" when asking if he could get an item on sale ahead of time. "You have to use the word please

You would think they are experts or very knowledgeable about tires? I mean, it's in the stores name! So when I ask for a part in the parts/service department, you would think they have hired someone that knows something about tires/rims. No, not so much! The part/tool I wanted, I was told it doesn't exist, and I needed to book an appointment for their mechanics to fix because only their mechanic could solve my problem. I explained to the CT employee that this tool is available to the public. I then ordered it on Amazon, it was delivered to me next day. My problem solved. Canadian tire problem? Not solved!
