At first I was very sceptical to go to this store but after buying certain supplements which really changed our health issues from very bad to good I started to get more of natural medicine. Now me and my husband specifically chose to go to this store as Mr Osaid really puts in all the effort to explain how what to take the medicine,how effective it would be when taken properly which normally no person would do. Joey helped me to find good whey protein for my son which my son loves it. Thanks to both Osaid and Joey who are running the store and giving people a wonderful service.

Small and very limited movement. A lot of different brands. What I didn't like is that the person on staff bad mouthed other similar type businesses. Every one wants to make money. You sell your stuff don't bad mouth other businesses to get a sale. I left without purchasing anything. But it's in a convenient location.

Phenomenal service, amazing staff, staff is highly educated - not just your average pill pushing sales people. Whatever your health needs are - feel free to just come in and ask. Your health issues are their top priority!!!

I bought prenatal vitamins yesterday and I opened them to have them smell like stinky fish. I took these same vitamins 3 years ago and I know what they normally smell like. The woman who works there was super rude. She told me that I could only get an exchange and I didn’t want to exchange them, I wanted to talk to my doctor first and get her to prescribe me different ones. Its not like I opened it only to decide that I didn’t want them anymore. They were damaged, I’m not risking getting another one to have it be smelling like fish too. Worst part is they raised the price from $69.00 to $89.00. So I asked her to call the owner and see if he could do me this favour this one time. With attitude she took her phone and walked to the back room so I couldn’t hear her conversation. She came back about two minutes later saying he didn’t pick up. She huffed and said “fine I’ll do the refund, but I’m going to be out of a job!” I can’t believe how dramatic she was about a refund. I’m sure that it’s not over a refund that she would lose her job, it’s her attitude. I tried to explain that I’m not returning a perfectly good product that I’m returning a damaged product but she cut me off and told me she was done talking. I can’t believe the struggle she gave me, I will never step foot at that Nutrition House again! Disgusting how they talk to their customers. Also way over priced!!

The staff is helpful and the store have good selection of products. However, if you call during lunch time to ask for a specific product,then you will have to wait more than five minutes. They will be assisting someone else in the store first before you that have quick question if the product you need is in stock. They obviously need to have more people during this time of the day.

Four years ago i was at my lowest physically. I had no energy and had recently received a medical diagnosis that woke me up to the fact that I needed to change my life ASAP. I wandered into the Nutrition House Erin Mills and met Osaid Syed and I tell everyone he changed my life forever. Osaid took the time to explain to me all of the different vitamins and minerals to take get me back onto a healthy path.I followed his advice diligently and i'm sitting here writing this 50 pounds lighter and CONSIDERABLY healthier (to the surprise of my family doctor).Osaid and the team at the Nutrition House Erin Mills are incredibly knowledgable and I love the fact that they take their time and explain things to me and answer all my questions. They have never let me down in all of the time that i've been there.I have sent EVERYONE I know to this store and for those that have gone, have all said the same thing - Great service and knowledgeable staff. Thank you Osaid and the Erin Mills team for all that you do and i'll see you soon when I come back to stock up.

Nutrition House at Erin Mills Mall is my favorite store to visit whenever I am at the Mall on the weekends. Even if I have the sock at home of Multivitamins I am using, I just stop by to have some good advice and educate myself. Joe and Osaid are very knowledgeable, humble, friendly and professional people. Their focus is always to properly guide and educate rather than to just sell the products. The store itself is very clean, properly organized and rich in inventory. Keep up the good work in bringing positive changes to health care.

This is an amazing gem of a shop in the Erin Mills Mall. I drop in there fairly often and not always to buy something but the staff are all so friendly and willing to help at all times. Often I have spoken to Osaid there who really goes out of his way to explain the different supplements and their uses. He has helped tremendously in guiding me with healthier lifestyle options and how to move away from toxins and into using good quality and better naturals products. Love the promotions you have and the price matching too. Thank You !

Poor service, rude staff, not coming here ever again!!!If you want decent product selection without attitude - go elsewhere but not here!!!
