Canadian Tire

Went to this place for a simple tool. On arrival notice at the front door was not working as it hit me walking in. Spoke with customer service was told there was nothing they could do. Explain to customer service that safe access and egress is necessary for all customers. And maybe some signage should be put in place. Parts department was very helpful.

Not only did they have everything I needed, but the staff were able to provide me with helpful advice on which tools would work best for my specific project.But it's not just the selection and expertise that sets this Canadian Tire apart - it's also the exceptional customer service. The staff are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied, whether it's helping you locate a specific item or simply offering a friendly greeting as you walk through the door.Overall, I can't recommend this Canadian Tire location enough. It truly is a gem in Vernon, BC, and I will continue to shop here for all my automotive, home, and outdoor needs. Five stars all around!

Fully stocked, great Canadian Tire! Homeless ppl tried to burn it down in winter of 22 but the new owners are staying strong. Great selection, knowledgeable staff!....5:30am I get an email from Canadian Tire corporate asking why my experience wasn't 5 stars.... Not liking that automated bull poo of a question buddy...

I bought two exact cans of stain to finish a smaller wood floor. I started with one can and finished with other. They were different colors!!!?? I went to Canadian tire and the supervisor was rude and offered me another can at cost which was 15$ off of an 80$ Product. I had to sand and redo the whole project because of the two different colors. I found this to be very poor customer service and won’t shop there again

0 stars!!!! I returned a defective can opener with original box and receipt, I only had it for 3 weeks and used 3 times! I was told they no longer accept returns for credit, only exchanges and in store credit! Forcing me to shop there again!Ridiculous! They do not follow their own return policy! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Sports/firearms department is extremely slow. Had the one guy stare at us while talking to a couple about a scope for 15 mins without calling for extra help. Went and got help myself. Atleast there's a good selection.

We 1st looked online and found what we were looking for was in stock at the store , we went in and found someone to help us which he wasn't any help. Online showed 13 bags of wood pellets and he couldn't find 1, then my husband walked around the store for a bit and found them himself. They were hidden away where no1 would of found them. Very unimpressed with how they our doing things right now.

Horrible store. I called and was told 2 scooters where in stock. Waited in store for 45 minutes to be told I can't find them. Called Corporate and was told I would receive a call from the owner or GM within 48 hours. A week later I called Corporate back to find out that there is nothing they can really help with. No call back guarantee and they where unwilling to help price match the most comparable item that their store messed up on.

The new anchor store for village green, usually pretty busy, has a lot of stuff there. Almost could be a bigger store if there was more space.
