This place is ATROCIOUS. This coming Monday will be THREE WEEKS since my accident. They have not attempted to contact me at all. It is always me that calls them. It has been three weeks and they haven't even so much as completed the initial inspection to submit the estimate to my insurance. When I asked when I can expect it to be done, I was told not any time soon". So who knows

Queensway Auto body was amazing. Customer service was awesome, fair pricing and they explained everything that was going to be done to my car. Appreciate that they were effective and fast with repairs. If I ever need services again. I'll be coming here! Shout out to Ron for all the help and knowledge!

Called Queensway number but they didn't answer their phone, for some reason if you call Assured Automotive they answer as Queensway? Not a good start.Mentioned this, person didn't know.Wanted an appraisal but they gave me a date 3 weeks from now, seems like a long time to me. After reading their reviews, very quickly decided this is not the Shop that I want to deal with!.

I gave it 1 star at the beginning because we were very disappointed with the bad experience when we got our car to be fixed at this bodyshop after having an accident and the hood, and front bumper got damaged. The car looked very ugly when we were called to pick it up the first time and we refused to pick it up and insisted that they had to do it right. The paint is different, headlights have gaps, grill was installed as a used part....All this happen after we had to wait for more than 2 months with the car in the bodyshop. We called our insurance and they told us they would reinspect it. A month or more later we were called to pick up the car. It looked better when we looked at it and we decided to lick it up with some reservations on the car. Generally speaking, the car lost at this bodyshop.I updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars after the manager reached out to me and offered to reinspect the car and see how to do improvement. I appreciated his call as he listened to my feedback which gives the feeling that he cares for the business.

Stephanie is a gem- very personable. As for the mechanical team, they did great work on my Volvo. The rear of the car now looks like it just rolled off the dealer's lot and we're talking about a ten year old vehicle here.There was a small hiccup at the beginning due to a miscommunication with my insurance, but they were patient and did the work that was necessary (to an impeccable degree of quality) as soon as the approval came through.God forbid I find myself in a similar situation some time down the road, I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle back here for more work.

So pleased! Car was in for repair/painting on Insurance claim. Perfect job, and for a reasonable extra price ensured the paint adhesion by correcting an unfinished paint job by a different shop. Also returned my car beautifully cleaned - saving me more than $100 for my usual Spring detailing.Great customer service. Special thanks to Hiro.

This was the third time bringing the car over and the service is impeccable and can say they know what they're doing. I also own a WRX which should let people know they know what they're doing with sport & performance cars. The paint matches with my car and I'll always recommend them to anyone I know who needs repair or paint!

Alec did an amazing job on the bodywork of my silver 2013 corolla. It came in to the shop in December, and after a long wait I finally got it back in March. Due to the damage my car took from the collision, I had 4 panels (with multiple body lines) that needed repair. Alec skillfully fixed everything and I couldn’t be more happy with the shape my car is in again. Thanks so much guys!!

Great experience with Queensway. They repaired our hood and fenders better than new, arranged a rental car better than our current vehicle. It was a great experience. Thanks Ron and the team!

5 stars for the work, 0 stars for the wait. Took over a month to get my car looked at to assess damages, was told the fix would be in 1-2 weeks, and then called back the next day to inform me itd be two months away, all for a minor fix. If it wasn't the preferred place for my insurance, I would never have come here for service.
