Update: I filed an official complaint with the manager Zani. I’m very happy with regards to how they handle my complaint. My message not only send to the person with misconduct, but they also being proactive and based on my case to start implementing new standard procedures to avoid future confusion. A tips, if you do not speak English, other than the interpreter you would like to bring with you, you may also ask them if there is any staff speak your language at this location. It might help you out in the process since there will be less confusion with your mother tongue. For what the management level did and for the really helpful morning staff, I’m changing my one star rate to five. Following are my original comment. If it’s Dr. Ann Shin, run people run! She’s the rudest person we ever experienced. My dad was there for a nuclear test, we specifically told the doctor he had a surgery not long ago and cannot do treadmill. But Ann lied saying the doctor’s referral notes says he’s here to do the treadmill test. I called the specialist and they told me they didn’t send treadmill request. We tried to accommodate this Ann and went on the treadmill but after 2 mins my dad felt hard to breath and she told him to just laid down right away. Even with no medical background, I know in his condition, lying down right away will make it even harder to breath. Without any explanation, she said do you want to finish the test or not and for sure we were thinking no more treadmill. So we said we cannot complete this. But later a nice lady explained to us saying she meant to continue with the chemical injection part. Which no one told us. So we said we can continue but the nice lady checked at the back and said Ann was gone. At 2pm in the afternoon. Yes, very convincing. The morning lady was really really nice, thoughtful and explain everything in details. This Ann, OMG, the rudest person we ever see. Once she heard we cannot do treadmill her attitude turn right down. Why do you have to treat people this rude way and ruin others and yourself the day? We wasted the whole day getting nothing done. We hope nobody get treated like this in the future. I’m going to give her a one star rate on rateMDs well. If you know where else I may file my complaint, please also let me know. Outrages right now for being treated like this.

Extremely disappointed! I was 6 minutes late to my appointment. My appointment was at 8:40 although on their schedule they start at 9 o’clock.There was a person in front of me, so by the time I spoke with the receptionist 10 minutes passed. The receptionist asked me to change into a gown which I did and wait to be taken in. I waited for 5 minutes. The receptionist came to tell me to get the gown off and get dressed because the technician doesn’t want to take me in. I said that I can wait but she said that I can wait until 2 o’clock but they might not take me in because they are very busy all the time. Both the technician and receptionist were extremely rude. This is my first bad review anywhere. I don’t recommend this place to anybody, this is not the health care we deserve. The least they could have done is to be nice and ask me to wait and try to do the best they can to do my test which is very critical for female health. I had a hard time in booking this appointment. I would give them zero stars review but that is not possible.

Insensitive service. Arrived 5 minutes late and waited 10 min for the receptionist to call me. Then the technician started complaining about my 15 minutes late, didn’t allow my husband to see our baby and complained the whole time that I was late. Why the needed to shadow a nice moment with bitter people. Usually baby ultrasound packages only need 15 minutes to provide everything. As said before Insensitive and rude service.

I have been at this centre for mammogram and a follow up ultrasound. The technologists are very polite and caring. I had an appointment and the wait was not too long. The instructions given were clear and helpful.I returned to get all the results faxed to a Hospital. The diagnosis was of a serious nature and I was a little concerned. When I got there after making a call, and no appointment the receptionists were all very pleasant and comforting.Sona helped me find the results on 2 different dates and faxed them to the hospital I requested. I waited for the printouts and got the complete file in my hands after waiting in the waiting area. She was very helpful and extremely kind. I was very happy with the efficiency of the staff members at every step.A big thank you to all the staff members.

I did walk in X-Ray in ORMDI yesterday from Walk in clinic, and I want to share my experience. Front desk staff was so friendly and registered me quickly. Then, they sent me to the X-Ray room. I thought, I'm going to wait forever, but the Technologist takes me in about 2 minutes, and she was caring and professional. I asked her when my result will be ready, she said me that I can go back to the Walk in clinic right now because my result is there. I got such a good and professional care in this clinic, and I highly recommend this place.

I had an excellent experience getting an ultrasound here today. I saw my doctor 2 days ago, she wanted me to get an ultrasound due to an issue, I called this location yesterday morning and they gave me an appointment today. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time as they requested, it only took about a minute to get checked in, then the technician called me into the ultrasound room right at my appointment time. I was in and out of the building in less than 30 minutes. The receptionists and the technician were pleasant, professional, and efficient.

I’m surprised by all the bad reviews here. Been here twice for ultrasounds and both experiences were great from start to finish. Getting an appointment was quick, easy, and ladies at reception were super friendly; both over the phone and in person.Both ultrasound techs went above and beyond what was required- they were knowledgeable, took their time, showed me the screen, explained what I was seeing and made the appointment extra pleasant.Although the clinic is far from my home I think I will keep coming here as it is hard to find personal & friendly service these days in the overwhelmed medical field.

Good experience with professional technicians, her name is Sherry. Polite, professional, educated, and kind.we need more of these people. Thank you, Sherry .
