I have gone here a few times. They are alright. I just find their customer service terrible. Every time I walk in no one greets me, not a single word is said to me. I just stand their awkwardly, and eventually I go find a seat to wait. They never offer me the colors. When someone does finally acknowledge me they just ask what I want. How am I supposed to know? I need to see the colors first. I almost feel like they are annoyed when I ask to see the colors. They also ALWAYS change my appointment time. I book an appointment for a reason. I find it really annoying to be called/texted by them, asking me to change my appointment time.

I had gel nails with a design. I am definitely going back! Megan was very nice and she did an amazing job. My nails don't hurt, and I have no bleeding or cuts. Very professional! Another great thing is, I didn't have to lean over while getting my nails done. I've never been so happy with my nails! Thank you so much! My nails look beautiful

Turned away at the door! No options to book or to schedule offered. Just that they're full. Missed opportunity. Oh well.

Had my acrylic nails filled twice by the same lady at this salon. Both times they were uneven, poorly filed and they were lifting prematurely (about a week after the service). I have been getting my nails done for years and have never had such bad quality fills. I will not be returning to this salon.

Lulu & Megan have been taking excellent care of us for several years. Booking appointments are easy via text or phone and we receive a confirmation immediately and then a reminder. The salon is clean and the ladies are all very friendly. Whether it’s dealing with ingrown toenails, shaping eyebrows, helping pick a polish or finding the right design, these ladies have been the best. Highly recommend.

I really hate to write this review. I started going to lavish 6 months ago and was blown away with how awesome my nails were every time. However, the customer service was very poor at the salon. They cancelled and moved my appointments about 4 times, all on the day of or the day before my appointment. Specifically had an appointment scheduled for Friday after work for my friend and I, they called at 10am to reschedule for Monday due to an emergency" and "no staff". We booked with 2 particular nail techs who we liked their work. When I asked if my nail tech was there for the appointment time they said yes

Megan is the bomb!!!!!! She read my mind on the type of shape I wanted and I’m Definitely going back again :) the shape was not too thick, and not too thin. Very even and the beauty is in the details!!! I’m a very happy gal
