The WORST falafel i ever had. It was so bad i almost threw up. I dont know how theyre allowed to serve dog food to people. The first time i ever liked a falafel was boustan on crescent back in the days. I assumed it was going to be something close to that but they gave me dog food instead.

The glitch is to order a menu’s kid meal cuz the sandwich is almost as big as a usual one and you get the fries, juice and dessert with that for 10$Thanls Boustan keep striving you guys are killing it

The food is great but the cashier is rude. He took his sweet time bagging my food when it was ready to go. When he finally bagged it, he handed the bag to me without saying anything and he gave me a fork for my soup rather than a spoon. Unfortunately, I only realized this after the fact. This will not deter me from returning but I think the cashier needs to be spoken to nonetheless.

The service was good, the cashier was very friendly. The food was good and fresh we hat shish taouk sandwiches. however I prefer the version served by the competition more . But I would go back.

They made a mistake with our pickup order. But they fixed it.Mistakes happen. Of course it's nice when everything goes perfectly and without problems. It's when things don't go perfectly that you see how a business really is. When we got home we found the error. We phoned them back. They delivered to us an extra plate done right. That's the gold standard for service and I appreciate that.

Front 2 staff were not friendly and put in zero effort to answer my questions. Food looked good but was very bland and meat has very little flavour. Like garlic sauce has very little garlic... its like theyve never heard of herbs, spices, and seasonings. And I asked for a lot of hot sauce and i dont think he enven put any. Its ok food but very poor value... quality and portion size for the price. Very dissapointed. I font thinm they will last long without nicer staff more generous portion sizes and some real flavour.

We've been a loyal customer since the restaurant opened, coz we used to live in grand blvd, just behind the restaurant back in 2016, weve had good, bad but tonight is the worst food weve ever had from this branch. My boyfriend ordered himself what use to be a plate, now a bowl with much less meat in it, less potato and so much rice on the bottom, also less coleslaw/salad. I always had chicken wrap and I usually have hard time finishing because its like a full meal for me, but tonight, theres barely anything in my wrap( not the first time), the pita was burnt and hard that a piece broke and made noise when it hit the floor. There was barely any chicken in it too. It was very sad and totally lost all my faith in this restaurant. I would not order again nor tell my friends and family to order until changes happen. We were paying more for far less amount of food than it used to be. I hope the management take charge and do something.

There was a staple in the potatoes. The sandwich was gross. Tried to call them about it, and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Don’t order food from this place.
