Several pharmacists at this location need to learn patience and manners. I've been here several times and never had a good experience, they're always rude. Moved the family prescriptions to Costco where they care about your business.

Truly terrible service, Too bad there’s no ZERO star rating. On Monday, April 18, 2022, my sister & I walked into this location no greeting/ asked for help in the cosmetic department 2 girls were working there, this is in the afternoon they were both standing around when I asked for help they started tossing it to each other VERY RUDELY finally one came to us …..when we start asking questions no knowledge what so ever. My sister told me she had the Product so I ended up buying it. When you spend $348 on a bill & $160, my sister, on her bill you expect better service if you don’t have the knowledge you at least can have a good attitude to cover your lack of knowledge. I will never go back there. Bad management cost businesses money.

The worst shopping experience ever. When I was checking out, I mentioned that I wanted to use an offer. The cashier asked me if I wanted to redeem my points. The way she asked made me think that I could also earn points while using the offer. So, I said it was okay to use them. However, when I checked my receipt in the car, I realized that I didn't receive the shopping points I should have gotten. I lost 60,000 points, I went back to ask, she told me I cannot have my points back!!! I am very angry and just very disappointed. I will never come back to this shoppers again.

Great overall experience! I was looking to buy a perfume as a gift for my mother. A friendly and polite staff at the beauty section greeted me as soon as I walked in and she was very helpful. She explained and recommended the different types of scents for the perfume brand I was looking for. Bought one that she recommended and my mom loves it! Thank you Margaret!

I’m giving a five star review for Josie in the cosmetics department. I’ve been seeking her advice for years for many things. I trust her judgement and whatever she offers, she always takes the time to listen to your concerns and then to give accurate suggestions for products. I find she is not hustling you to sell high end products, and for that reason, and her sound advice and experience I will always ask for her

The pharmacist at this Shoppers was unprofessional and rude! I asked a question at the counter and the assistant had to ask the pharmacist. I could tell the young assistant was afraid to approach and ask the pharmacist. In fact, the pharmacist did respond in a loud and rude mantis. As a client, it made me lose confidence just watching that interaction. I will never go there again. I would rather go a bit further to the one on Major Mackenzie Dr. And Bayview where I get professional services and advice every single time!

Horrible pharmacy... they lost my sons prescription not once but twice and have now left him all weekend without his meds... playing with a child's mental health is not a game... my child has to suffer due to their negligence.. they don't own up on their mistakes and just blame everyone else.. I'm so disgusted with this place.. you've officially lost my business.. thanks for putting my child at risk.. you should be ashamed of yourselves.
