I highly recommend Denise. I have had massages for the past 10 years with sports injuries and she is one of the best RMT’s I have seen. She is very good at reading your body and getting the exact areas that need to be treated.

Denise gives the very best massage therapy, really getting into the tight problem areas that cause tension. I noticed a big improvement in my back (less tension and pain) since going to her. She also provides great advice and customized stretches to do at home. I highly recommend her treatment to everyone!

Although this was my first time to visit a Registered Massage Therapist, it was a very positive experience. Denise was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. She also followed all the safety protocols for COVID-19. If I lived in the area, I would definitely go back.
