A few days ago I bought a Napoleon Prestige 500 BBQ. This decision was taken after a lot of research and I hit the jackpot. Bought it at District Barbeque with the help of Konan Le Goff, their project manager. All was explained and shown on the display BBQ in the showroom. Delivery as promised. It took me 3 hours to assemble the BBQ, and, when at the end I found a damaged wire in the packaging, it was replaced on the spot and other questions regarding assembly, explained and answered. This is the way sales and service should work. I love this BBQ and and am still trying different cooking methods every day. Very, very happy. Highly recommended

I have had exceptional service from Nergiflex. Over ten years I bought a Napoleon BBQ from them. When I purchased it I also purchased a smoker which was back ordered. They said it would be in in about 1 month. After about four weeks I was about to call them but instead I received a call from them. They informed me that my smoker was in...and that I would find it inside my BBQ when I got home. I have bought two gas fireplaces from them as well. Both the installation and the service have been exceptional

Horrible service. They are disorganized. It took forever to get my electrical fireplace. They ordered the wrong one at first. It took again a long time to get the right one. When you call for a follow up, they are lost. Thety are unable to give you any useful information. Go to some other place for your needs!

These people wanted to charge me $350 just to come and inspect my exterior chimney even though I sent them pictures and specs. (already inspected and approved by my home insurance company). They are crooks. Beware!

The services are good and professional. The new fire place installed today works perfectly. Thanks a lot to the two technicians for their wonderful work.

No after sale service! After paying almost $2000, I had to keep chasing after them to receive my product. They don’t allow pick up, delivery only, they charged me $250+tax for delivery. One of the pieces arrived severely scratched, and they refuse to replace it. I told them I will report them to local consumer protection authority, then they send me a replacement piece, after making multiple emails and phone calls to chase after them. Buyer beware! Take your money somewhere else to avoid all the unnecessary trouble.

Excellent technical support after sales, had issue with stove and Nergiflex responded quickly and resolved the issue. Very happy with their customer service & support.

I've purchased a fireplace for a new construction in 2022 from Nergiflex and have been utterly dissapointed with their service.They were unable to deliver the fireplace in the timeframe promised (even though I ordered it nearly 6-months before it needed to be installed).Once they did come to install it, they had to come back multiple times (over the period of a few months) to install missing or broken pieces. I constantly had to call/email to try to get them to come back, and every time I was given dates way far out.To this day, my fireplace still does not work and they are not able to send someone to take a look for another month.I would not recommend Nergiflex.

Nergiflex transformed our old wood fireplace that was out of usage for a long time into a beautiful setup on natural gas.- Dates were respected- Communications were quick and simple even at odd hours/days- Prices were in par with market- installation was done super cleanly, they put protective carpet everywhere they needed to go.- The technical visit was with someone very knowledgeable felt like i was supported by people who knows their trade.All around great experience, would definitely recommend.
