Yasin was the wonderful fellow who helped me. I had spent considerable time trying to find a replacement jack and tool kit for my recently acquired older CRV. Other places called said yes they had the part and when I got there, shortly thereafter no parts were to be had. Yasin, said he had CRV coming in and would call me when it arrived, in the coming days. Surely enough, I go the call and picked up the jack et. all. Yasin showed strong concern that the unit was suitable and functional, promising he'd replace it if I found it was faulty. He encouraged me to test it asap and let him know if there were issues.I would highly recommend this company and urge dealing with Yasin.

I bought a pair of steel rims from Steve of Osaka Japanese Auto Parts today in Richmond. It made better business sense for him to sell the rims as a set of 4. But I only needed a pair, and so he sold me 2. When I arrived there, the rims were ready for pickup and they were clean (unlike the auto wrecking hustlers over at 198 street in Langley, who initially told me on the phone that they had 4 rims. After a wild goose chase, turns out they only have 3 rims. They gouge me when I decided to only buy 2 rims, then made me wait half an hour to finally get it).The best part about my experience with Osaka is that Steve didn’t gouge me. He sold me the rims at a fair price. It’s easy to deal with him. He is honest, straightforward and fair. I only wish I had gone to this place sooner. I could have saved money and a lot of grief.I have no qualms recommending Osaka Japanese Auto Parts to others. I will most definitely do business with Steve again. Thank you Steve!
