The young lady asheena was very nice the room was nice set up very relaxing and the session was better then I thought. I have allready rebooked for my mext visit. After a long day at work. This was heaven.

The spa is clean and beautiful! Asheena’s head massage and reflexology treatment were both amazing. Kayla’s reiki treatment and tarot card readings were both incredible! Thank you Ladies. I highly recommend you to anyone.

Reflex & Refresh is an incredible place to go to treat yourself. Asheena is absolutely wonderful and is always welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. Such a relaxing atmosphere, you will definitely feel pampered and refreshed with whatever service you have done.

Asheena is by far one of the sweetest, and well-educated in her field. She makes everyone feel at home and like they are family when you come for a session. New space is absolutely fantastic, and has so much to offer for the community! Highly recommend!

I booked a massage for my mother and I as we were on our way to Edmonton from South Ontario. Asheena and Darby gave us a real treat that was so needed. They were so kind, and explained the treatments thoroughly. Seriously above and beyond. Thank you!

When walking into Reflex & Refresh the atmosphere was just so calming. Asheena was amazing and so friendly. After working in a stressful job it was nice to relax and come out feeling rejuvenated after my massage. I highly recommend taking some time for your self and stopping in to Reflex & Refresh to get pampered!!
