Barely answers the phone. Called and said he was tryna get off the other line with another customer and to call back in 10 mins.. called and kept pushing me to voicemail, which I couldn’t even leave due to the voicemail not being set up.

Both of the gentlemen that came to help me were very punctual, courteous, and professional. We've never had a chimney so this was all new to us. When they were done cleaning the chimney the gentleman showed me how to use it and gave me tips and advice for using it. We will definitely be using them again whenever we need our chimney swept. Would highly recommend them!!

I had a appointment set for this morning and had to leave unexpectedly for a emergency at work. After getting home I had a note on my door saying I missed the appointment and needed to send Dean a check for 200 dollars???? When I called and talk to Dean he stated that he wasted he’s time coming out because no one was home and he is booked out for two months he also stated that I do owe him 200 dollars. He did not do any work at my house he only had a guy come out and knock on the door. He also stated that he would sue me if I didn’t pay. There is a reason he will only take cash.
