Boyer Kia

As a Kia owner my partner and I decided the best place to go for maintenance would be the Kia dealership in town. They are always very kind and explain what the problems may have been. They are willing to give you a ride to and from work/home if the appointment will take some time. Very great place to go. The only suggestion I have is potentially implementing a appointment reminder email/calendar invite when customers make appointments. Otherwise, great overall dealership!

Worst experience I've had with a garage or a dealership. Kia Canada should be ashamed that this dealer flies the Kia banner, 10 weeks I've been without a car, while the service department keeps saying a few more days" till Chris told me not to phone anymore

When booking service make sure to get it definitely checked before walking away booked an oil change and season change over for my tires. Take my car in today expecting an oil change and tire change. Go to pay and it was just the tire change over because Taylor had not actually booked me for an oil change. So wasted my time and have to come back next Saturday again for the oil change on my new Kia seltos. All I got was an Apology for the inconvenience. Not happy with the service dept

Jeff and Julie were amazing, I was told about 2 months for the car and 7 days later they call me! Ready for pick up within a day after the call. Jeff explained everything and I left feeling like I knew everything about the car , no questions that I needed answered. Julie sold me a warranty package that covers almost everything. Definitely Recommend!

I bought a new car here about a year ago and realized I forgot to write a well-deserved review. I had the pleasure of working with Nick the sales manager. Very no-nonsense, straight shooter kind of guy. I wanted an uncommon model in a specific colour, and wasn't charged anything extra for it (at a time when demand for new cars far exceeded supply). I'm also an unusually picky customer, and I had specific requests as to how I wanted the car prepared - Nick accommodated everything, exceeding my expectations. Very impressive level of service. A year later the experience still feels fresh in my mind, I'll definitely be coming back for my next vehicle.

This shop seemed great at first, my moms 09 Kia blew a power steering line and she took it there as she was in the area and they looked it over and topped it up for her for the drive home… but they told her “as soon as we go to take that line off everything else is going to break apart due to rust”… fast forward to now, I’ve gotten the line replaced with zero issues in about 40 minutes with no experience on these cars, so I see no reason why they pushed her away when she just wanted a repair she would’ve paid for. I’d leave only 1 star but they were at least nice enough to top her fluid off to make the drive home a little easier. Still disappointed at the fear that was put on my mother by a shop that she figured she could trust under the “KIA” name.

If I could give negative stars I would ..Hands down absolute worse service I’ve received from any establishment in my entire life..Without going into detail about my personal horrible experience with Boyer Kia - here’s a few points I can make..1. Their counter staff is next too useless and will probably forget to order your parts even though you have a damn appointment booked. (Did this to me twice)2. The mechanics will probably completely misdiagnose your vehicle or just flat out not find the problem. (They diagnosed 2 noises for me & “repaired” - both noises are still there $1000 later)3. If you’ve ever got work done too your vehicle at Boyer Kia check your invoice - I’m 90% sure “Joe” did allllll the work. (“Joe” told me I had no leak when he looked at my car during the diagnostic but when I was getting repairs “Joe” found the same leak that wasn’t there the first time) maybe a different “Joe”?Either that or Joe needs a new job..Anyways I’m sure there’s a ton I’m leaving out as I had SUCH a terrible experience but just don’t waste your money at this place.Your barber probably knows more about cars.

I have had the worst customer service experience of my life. Very unorganized and this dealership not accredited by the Better Business Bureau in Canada. There must be a reason why they aren't. My opinion is that they can't meet the standards of acceptability. I can vouch for that! Beware!
