The delivery time in Toronto is considerable. If anything goes wrong the store is happy to correct it. So yes full 5 stars for such customer service

All products were delivered as described but I have a big question. If I am paying you guys the delivery fees and yet the package is not getting delivered to my door then why should I pay you ?I had to go to post office to collect it- the point here is not collecting the package rather the point here is that I paid the delivery fees as I knew my package would be heavy and it should be delivered at my door for my EASE. But it was a total waste I had to go and collect it and bring that heavy load to my house . So I think this additional delivery fee should be optional as it is not right for people like us living in rural areas where we need to walk n go and collect the packages

Stumbled across Singal's Indian Grocery on the web and can recommend this online shop and delivery service. Finally one that specializes in South Asian food! The prices are good and the selection for an online grocery store is unbeatable. Plus very useful descriptions of products for those who are on special diets or are vegetarian. Delivery was quick (although I live in Montreal, which is where the company is based, so I can't say how it is for deliveries with Canada Post). Everything was fresh and as described. From the website with its notes about potential health benefits of various foods, to the delivery, everything points to a business that is holistic in its approach, geared towards South Asian cultures, and thoughtful in its approach to reducing its carbon footprint. In all respects good value for money!
