Very good place for watch service, repairs and sales. My mechanical watch had a balance spring issue and Pfaff quickly completed the repair the same day (which is probably as quick as can be expected). Also he demagnetized the watch which was needed.Extremely knowledgeable and interesting with which to speak about watches . Fair selection of watches and the Go-To for authentic Seiko sales (dive watches, mechanical dress watches) and will sometimes have limited edition watches in stock.I highly recommend Pfaff for service over any generic jewelry store.

In operation for well over 25 years this establishment is my go to place when I need my watches repaired, refurbished or otherwise maintained.The shop also retails an impressive selection of handsome watches sure to appeal to 99% of men within a reasonable range of cost. I suggest a visit to this place if you have an old watch you've put away due to a broken band or glass case but which deserves a second chance or if you are simply looking for something new.

Emailed them regarding some business I had discussed while in the store. No response after a week so I emailed again asking if I had the wrong email address? Still no response. I tried Instagram messaging as well as facebook messaging. Finally gave up. Very disappointing customer service.

Don took excellent care of 2 watches and a necklace that all needed repairs. Excellent service, masterful repair work & at a great price to boot. I'll be back for any future repair needs. Highly recommended.

I finally had to give up. Terrible customer service. No response to emails, messenger messages, or Instagram messages. Apparently the only way you can connect with them is by going into the shop. Sorry but it's not the 1970s anymore. What a disappointment but there's many places I can take my business
