Town + Country Volkswagen Service Department

I have always been impressed with the service department staff. Of course I wish prices were lower. But they do a good job and they are helpful and friendly.

I had called in about concerns on my VW TDI Golf and I had spoke to Rifle (I believe this is the correct spelling, pronounced like Re-fill). I was not sure what was covered under my extend warranty, but Rifle had clearly explained to me what was and was not covered. Even thought I didn't bring in my car to the dealership this time around, but in the next up coming service or concerns I have about my VW will be bring it to T&C VW and speaking with Rifle! Also Rifle had called me back next day even to follow up that I had a open recall that would be need to be performed on my next service appointment. This is what you call service! You'll be seeing me in the near future T&C VW! Thanks Rifle!

I bought a MK7 from Joyce. Right from the get go she was very helpful, Professional and got me a very good trade in value for my car. I highly recommend her if you’re going to buy a VW. Also, I had to replace two tires that were defective. She took care of everything!

Service dept is top notch. Peter in particular is always very professional and takes the the time to explain both what the problem is and how long and what the fix will be. Absolutely would recommend this dealership!

RUN!!! All they care is how to charge you more money!!! Horrible!!!

I recently had to go to this dealership for some maintenance. Just like every other time I've been to Town+Country Volkswagen, the service was exceptional. Rifle Gomez was my service advisor and she provided amazing service. She made sure to go through everything I was getting done and then letting me know the duration of the service. I felt like I was in great hands and would definitely recommend her assistance to anyone who needs to go the dealership. On top of everything they got me out an hour earlier too!

Very impressed with TCVW! Dan and his team made our recent purchase of a Tiguan super easy and smooth. They delivered the car DT for us to test drive. Big thanks to Roy Ip for going out of his way to personally get our snow tires installed for us and driving through rush hour to bring us back our car!

I recently did a recall and warranty services for my VW Atlas. I was impressed by the service attitude, honesty, and efficiency of the TCVW service team. This is thanks to Justin's technical work, and professional services/follow up from Rifle, Peter, and Anthony.Compared to my previous experience with other VW dealerships, I highly recommend the TCVW service team.

Got my first Car (2021 Volkswagen Jetta) here today! Loved it! I was working with Simon and he was suuper patient with me and was really considering my purchase from my standpoint. Simon gave me objective comparisons with other cars I was looking at at the time (Toyota Camary and Hunda Civic) and did not make it feel like I was in a rush to make any decision nor did he bash on any other car manufacturers to make Volkswagen standout (unlike other places I’ve been to). Would visit again when I grow out from this car. Oh and he was very patient with my parents with endless amount of questions even though the sale had nothing to do with them, even got my sister a Volkswagen T-shirt. P.S.
