Always came through for all of us.It is with great disappointment I cancel my Car Insurance Policy with her. ELENA ZISMAN is the worst. Our insurance was going up every year without no reason and she said it's ok as all insurance companies increased the price. We found another broker and our insurance goes down every year. Plus, she is rude and will never offer you the best solution in your specific situation what the other brokers offered us right away, she was pushing the highest price and lying instead.

RDA has great customer service. My agent, Maria Maia is very helpful and professional. She always answers any questions I have.

I've been with RDA insurance for over 10 years. Since getting my first vehicle in college, to now owning a home, RDA has always been able to get me the best rate for insurance and their staff are always extremely helpful and fast at responding. I would highly recommend using them for your insurance needs!

I have been trying to update my insurance for over a week. I've been promised a quote more than once, and instead have gotten zero communication. I've been completely ignored. They're wasting my time, and I'm rather sick of it. I shouldn't have to fight tooth and nail just to get a quote.
