This place is the best in Calgary. I use to get my Laser Hair Removal Done in here. I have the best experience in laser. I have got my Keratin Hair treatment done last week I have amazing results. My hairs looks beautiful and shiny. Thank you for making to look pretty. I would recommend this place for every spa and hair services :)

I went there for keratin treatment end up with frizzy hair that treatment didn’t even work for me and I pay $ 460 for my hair. Awful service, worst salon I've ever been in. bad experience. I would never recommend it.

I did the permanent hair straightening in mid June this year. It is early July now and it started getting wavier at the mid point of its length . Very much disappointed.

I'm giving this place 2 stars because the lady was nice. I do not recommend anyone getting laser done here. After 6 sessions on my legs, I didn’t see very good results. I switched to another salon for this reason and saw a huge difference in the service.

Beautiful summer nails. Best place for brow threading as well. Personally I had the best eyebrow threading in my life. Perfectly shaped and minimal pain.Must visit this place.

I tried the Keratin smoothing treatment at this salon and my hair afterwards was very burned and dried and damaged. I had to cut several cms of my hair so it looks less burned but it still looks very dry and burned. I have never had a worse experience in a hair salon and practically never write poor reviews but I have never expected such severe hair damage to my hair after a treatment. I am now reaching out to several places in an effort to fix my hair. I truly regret visiting this place. I don't even know what to do to fix my hair. It was soft and long and now it is all damaged. I am extremely upset and devastated at this point. The lady who did my hair spent so much time on it - but my hair is truly damaged and brittle and I am embarrassed to go out. People are currently shocked when I showed them my hair given how much damage they caused me. What a shame!Update ( 1 month): My hair is still very burned because of you despite trying olaplaex and other high end products to fix it. I spent so much money to fix the severe hair damage you caused me and it is still not working. Shame on you. I'd warn any one about going to this place. They will burn your hair and you won't be able to fix it. And their solution was to give me a 15 ml bottle of Redken Shampoo. SHAME ON YOU for your INCOMPETENCE and for BURNING people's hair. If there is a way to sue you, I'd have 100 percent sue you for the severe damage you caused me.What they sold to me as keratin smoothing treatment was actually a PERM. I'd truly warn anyone about visiting this place - as they truly destroyed and damaged my hair. You really should not be in business because of the damage you cause others.If you are not sure how product would turn on a client - you could at least have patch tested instead of completely damaging my waist length hair. Shame on you! You also offered no solution or remorse after you damaged my hair. Furthermore, I told you I wanted a keratin treatment - but you ended up doing a perm on my hair ( you never disclosed to me that it was a perm that you were using in my hair - I only came to you for a keratin treatment not a perm). You also showed no accountability for the severe damage you caused me.I'd never recommend this place for hair for anyone - as they are completely clueless about keratin treatments and will RUIN and DAMAGE your hair because they use cheap products with harsh chemicals ( that lead to severe hair damage). Furthermore, they are complete clueless about how to use the products they have - every hair stylist I came in contact with told me that you should never use perm in colored hair ( and I disclosed to her that my hair was colored). Also, every hair stylist that I came in contact with told me that you caused me extensive breakage and damage across all layers of my hair and it would take months - years for my hair to heal.Please do your research and don't go to this place for your hair as you may truly regret it and won't be able to reverse the damage that they will cause to you. This place deserves less than zero stars for lying to their customers, and their no accountability, and poor work quality.

Would not recommend this place. I got a lash lift from one of the Technicians and she blatantly ignored my request. I asked for a more natural C-curve before the session and she said that she will look to see what rod fits me, but ended up giving me a lash lift with a very abrupt L-curve. Because my lashes are quite straight naturally, after a few weeks it's just a mess as the lift starts to become undone, my natural lashes and the abrupt L-curve are just fighting each other.

Best place for Spa Day. Beautiful and clean place to go. I got my lashes, nails and facial done. Facial was so relaxing as well.

Make sure to see the reviews from their customers and not friends/family. I got 8 laser treatments done for jawline and they did the job they were supposed to only for the last three treatments and that too after several (polite) arguments. I still have several patches around the treatment area and they said if I continue doing the treatments it will go away. Hello! If you did your job for what you were initially paid for, it would've worked by now. Anyway, I was sick of their management-has-changed-so-policy-has-changed excuses and them changing appointment times last minute 3/8 times but wouldnt accomodate yours even once and charge $20 no-show fees when you call to reschedule (please note those are no-show fees not cancellation fees) so will not be continuing my business here. The lady at front desk/phone will try to be super sweet but is quite a bit of liar(!). Watch out and just make sure you have record of ALL the things discussed when you interact. Especially before/after pictures and treatment area/s to cover.Response to owner: In that case, I should get refund for $60 for you cancelling/rescheduling 3× times within 24 hours of appointment? I understand laser results are not guaranteed, BUT if you did all paid treatments correctly the results would've been better than what they are currently.
