The worst experience ever. We had an appointment at 1:00pm which i understand got a little late but i still had the appointment till 2.the so called financial advisor MR ANDREW BARETT. Was not ready to acknowledge.A simple question was treated as if it was a sin that i was committing to ask as i was not able to reach on time because of the traffic as i was coming from Scarborough. Still had like 30 mins leftThe only saving grace for Sheya(sorry if spelt wrong)as she was patient and polite and had to be the messenger in between me and the Financial Advisor as it was i guess very difficult for him to stand outside his cabin for a min and sort the things out.I am thankful that i could atleast change my main branch as people wont be this pricey.He was so unprofessional!

My wife and I recently got a new mortgage with Scotia and had the pleasure of dealing with Razieh. She was so easy to talk to and was always available for any questions or concerns. Not only did we get approved for the mortgage but it was done so quickly and the entire process was seamless. Thank you again Razi you were amazing!

Extraordinary bank service especially by angelina, Dina helped me tremendously to find the financial gaps I was missing and now I’m ahead by a better start. The security guard is caught up with safety and legal obligations, some of the customers were being rude to him, I found him to be patient and courteous, he helped me figure some issues on the machine while handling some very rude customers. The branch manager In this location seems to be really nice and energetic. Overall I had the pleasure coming to this bank , it’s also near my house.

We had a very Unpleasant experience with a mobile mortgage specialist in this branch. He misled us purposely and provided the wrong information to take the business. I switched my mortgage two times within four months, and paid a lot of penalties. Now I am totally regretted. Regarding my experience with different banks of Canada such as TD, RBC, and BMO, I can say the variable mortgage policies and customer service of Scotiabank is worst in Canada.

Never get your services from here. The Indian lady at the front was rude accusing my drivers license to be fake. Anything these people can do to make your life difficult.

Peter Branov the bank manager is rude, insulting and ignorant. I asked him a question in his office and he accused me of taking photos of his papers and tried to kick me out of his office for no reason because I checked my phone for a text message.

Very unprofessional staff that i saw so far to be honest in Scotia.I went to this branch with a friend of mine and the way he was treated and served i am happy that this is not my branch for scotia bank.And if i be honest if i was treated the way my friend was treated if i would have been in his place i would have changed by bank immediately as it was total humiliation.And thats all thanks to Mr Andrew Barrett.I hope he mends his ways and improves his customer handling skills or i wont be suprise if you get similar type of rating and complaints.

I was nicely surprised with the professionalism and effort of the staff. Special thanks to Mr. Jamal Wagoo, the financial Advisor. I came from Ukraine and already visited another bank here in Toronto, so I have an experience to compare.

Terrible service. They booked me an appointment to talk to an advisor then made me wait for half an hour before they tell me they don’t have an advisor and all they could provide was a booklet. Wasted 2 hours of my time today. Even branch manager was unable to rectify the problem and was clueless.

Today I visited the Scotiabank location near Hillcrest mall and I was extremely happy with service. The representative was friendly and helpful to me and answered my questions that other branches didn’t know how to! He took his time with me and assisted me in online banking. I 100% recommend this location and Peter teller should receive the promotion!
