I have ordered multiple things from this company via the website. It became a personalized experience when their rep Hunter called to confirm details of my orders and if there was a problem he would call to offer me a solution. I will happily continue to order from Grow Daddy because of their prices and excellent customer service! Thanks again

I was looking for an Item and most places were out of stock or wanted too much for shipping. I called Growdaddy and spoke with Hunter whom tracked down the item and had it shipped the same day for adiscounted shipping rate. This was a inexpensive item and was shipped with some great slaps and a magazine. They will continue to receive all of my online business. Thanks agian for the top of the line customer service!

The nematodes I received from GrowDaddy a month ago expired last year (they are a living organism). They said they would do something about it but it’s been weeks and are now ignoring me. The vine weevils are killing my Virginia Creeper and the season for using nematodes is nearly over! :(

Great company to deal with customer service is top-notch ….. I ordered some nutrients about a month ago. They froze during transit…..HUNTER was the representative I dealt with, he made the transition easy delivery was very quick and with no issues. Product was 100% replaced free of charge. I would definitely recommend anyone to try them out.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE and unbeatable prices I had a great experience with these guys. Fast responses to all my questions surrounding a large purchase of trimming equipment for my outdoor grow. Unbelievable customer service and not in a good way….is this store even authentic ? cause the interaction I had with them was if anything sketchy felt like I was being told different things every time I would message about my order

GREAT company to deal with. When I made my order I didn't hear back for a few days. Then they called me to personally apologize and explain they were short staffed. sent my order ASAP and threw a bunch of free swag(t-shirt, stickers, magazine, and few products to try). Nutrients were packaged excellently with sealed stickers on the caps. Price was better then other websites. Will definitely deal with them again.

I do not recommend this store at all —especially with online orders. They have terrible customer service and very unwilling to be of any assistance to make things right. Very unfortunate. Hopefully others do not come across this experience. It’s the customer service that will make that difference regardless but this business lacks it.**update RE: reply**You would not locate an online order under my name as it was placed under my husbands name. We both spoke to Hunter over the phone just over an hour ago and Grow Daddy can surely correspond through the order number in his name. Hunter can provide that information over. Hope that information helps get this problem rectified.
