We had a tough go with getting our vehicle properly repaired by a sister body shop after 5 months , but after recieiving a call from the President of Herbers Autobody and discussing the ongoing issues we were having ; he had taken the time to meet me, go over concerns and get the vehicleTo Herbers west for repair . We just recently recieved our vehicle back last week, and are so relieved that the repair was over and above expectations.I won’t lie by saying we had a lot of bumpy roads prior to the vehicle going to Herbers West but once it was there it was so smooth , and the staff in the orfice, and others I had the opportunity to meet were very easy to work with .Thank you everyone for your hard work, and to Rodd, thank you for listening , and going above and beyond to get the Blazer back to usI highly recommend this team!

Not all body shops are the same and I speak from experience. Herbers West is the best of the best. I have called Gary (manager) multiple times for his opinion and assistance. Each time he has been extremely helpful and professional. This shop is very punctual and their work is A+.

I have to say I have never been more satisfied with an auto body shop as I am with Herbers auto body on northwest Edmonton. I entrusted to them my beautiful BMW X3 M sport ultimate as it had an unfortunate incident and they were able to not only repair the damage but you would never even know there was any damage at all. The job they did exceeded all my expectations, and the price that they did it for was less than half of what BMW South side quoted me for at another body shop. I am so pleased with Herbers professionalism and how courteous they are to their customers making us feel that we are important for their business and the service you receive goes above and beyond what you can imagine. They warranty their work and before you even take the car they ask you if you are satisfied with their work. I could not be happier with my choice to get a second opinion on the work for my BMW and having it done at Herbers at Edmonton's Northwest location. My hats are off to you guys and thank you for taking care of my family's vehicle. I highly highly recommend this business for your vehicles body work repairs if you ever need them.

They had my vehicle repair and windshield replacement done within 2 days! They even vacuumed and cleaned the inside! For a mom van that's a huge deal! All the staff were lovely and helpful. Thank you

This was the first time I had to use a body shop so I was clueless to how it would go. They were helpful with getting me a rental for the duration.The whole door and back panel and bumper had to be replaced. It took a couple of months, which I did not expect but that seems to be the norm to get parts (its a 2013).My car looks spectacular.Communication could have been a bit better but happy with how it all worked out.

On the two occasions when my family chose Herbers for a collision repair.We chose them among 3 quotes the first time because of how detailed they are with initial inspection and quote. The most recent , this month, I knew we’d have them make the repair based upon the prior work. We enjoyed the very same excellent experienceThese people are thorough, thoughtful and professional. I have a Kia and it took months for parts to come in on my car. I had my appointment in January to assess the damage, they started ordering the parts and I didn't get booked in for repairs until May. There wasn't much communication on when the parts would be in or what the status of them was during those months. That was the only frustrating part. Otherwise really great customer service and they did a really great job on the repairs and cleaned the inside of my car as well which was a really nice surprise. Once my car was booked in for the repairs it only took about 3 days.
