Poor Service! These guys weren’t accommodating dating at all. We wrote our names on their waiting lists and they told us they will call us back and we can come for our tattoo we waited for three and half hours and then went to check for our turn and they literally denied to accommodate us after waiting for 3 and more hours ! Not recommended poor customer service. Please prefer to go at their Yonge and Eglinton Location their staff is really very nice, friendly and supportive!

Hey guys, I got my ears pierced here and they were so good and welcoming and I loved my experience and my ears are healed quite well now. Also if you want pop culture tattoos ask for Jayson. He's very good. I have four tattoos now.... and I can't wait to come back for more.

I went there many many times for tattoos and my main and only artist is Elduardo. He is the best and his prices are fair but his work is truly made by a professional. He is super friendly and flexible and will do wonders! Thank you Elduardo, you are the best!

Love my new piercings! Was there on a Tuesday. I got a septum and lobes. The lady was incredibly patient with me. I get it that we are asymmetrical humans, however she found the perfect placement for me and the septum was painless and quick. Will definitely be back for more!

I went here for a piercing about a week ago for the promotional Tuesday. Never wound up getting it. When it was my turn to get pierced the receiptionist asked me if I filled out a consent from. I did because she handed it to me when I came in and I put put it on her desk when I was finished. When she went looking for it was lost under a pile of her other forms. After an unnecessary amount of back and fourth she told me to not do that again.No worries, because I’ll never come back after that silly interaction. Even if things are your customers fault, you don’t go out of your way to make them feel bad about it. I don’t work there so how would I know where things go? Clearly whoever your receptionist needs some guidance on etiquette or she shouldn’t be working the front desk at all.

Bini Tattoo has a super friendly environment and awesome staff, Carmine was amazing and I fully recommend him for your next tattoo! He was good company and fully walked me through what I should be doing in terms of after care for my fresh tattoo! I will definitely be coming back

Got my belly pierced today, got three by walking in randomly but the process was so fast and not painful. The people there are so friendly and loving. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a piercing !!!

I’ve visited here 4 times and I have always had AMAZING experiences, majority of the piercers are kind and patient. The piercer named Dayton however is an absolute nightmare! I mentioned that the marking looked crooked, and he proceeded to tell me how he had these two things on his face called eyes. He took it wayyyy to personally and gaslighted the hell out of me. He’s immature and probably shouldn’t be working there. Other than him, the staff are the sweetest people ever and did an amazing job. :)

Don't go on Wednesday unless you want to be rushed. Even if you're not doing one of their promotional designs.Updating my review since my artist did a good job with the touch up. Still waiting on it to heal but he took the time to listen and fix up the smaller lines during the touch up.
