We came into the store just to look for patio furniture and after speaking with Donna we made the purchase. She was amazing to deal with and made the process very easy. She also got us no payments for a year. If it wasn’t for Donna we would not have purchased and probably regretted it

Was shopping there yesterday, the store is soooo organized and clean! All the products are arranged well. I think it was the manager was reducing some merchandise, saw I was buying quite a few things and reduced them further, it was a fun time shopping in these days of soaring prices!!

Very professional staff, giving me the advice to buy according to my needs. Donna was very pleasant and helpful when I purchased a mattress. The staff helped me to bring and pack the mattress in my car. Great staff at this site.

Thank you to the staff here that went above and beyond with customer service. My mum was shopping for a mattress because she was diagnosed with cancer, and her current mattress was uncomfortable. This was a really hard day for us and I was crying as mum tried each mattress. It was surreal having to make a purchase because of this reason and I can't tell you how grateful I was for the excellent customer service we received. Donna was kind and patient, and empathetic. She let mum take her time trying each mattress, helped her in and out of each bed and also helped mum with transferring into her wheelchair. She took her time explaining everything and also threw in extra discounts for other items we needed. Can't thank you enough for your kindness and empathy.

A big shout out to the team works at stoney creek location . Mike and Cassandra got us an amazing deal on a dinning set. Amazing customer service, attention to detail, they both were really helpful and made our experience really smooth and seamless. Do ask for both of them when you visit the store. I would highly recommend this store and the employees working there. I am definitely going there again for all my furniture needs.
