Went to this store today...this place is a joke. No one asks if you need help. All the reps talking to each other, is this what home depot is paying them for? Standing around and prending to work? I was there for an hour, no one even sakd hi" or even recognized our presence. This is anpathetic store. Lowes and Rona are down the street

Tried calling to get a quote for lumber numerous times. Spoke with three different people and no one could help nor tried very hard (it seemed like it on my end at least). Wasted about thirty minutes of my life. Won’t be back anytime soon, that’s for sure!

Rented a brush cutter. Cutter is the operative word. I rented a very powerful spinning blade that wasn't sharp enough to cut grass. When I inspected the blade it looked neglected featuring numerous nicks that were rounded from use. Definitely not freshly sharpened as I would expect from a well run rental agency. When confronted he tried to justify it by saying it was supposed to be like that as it was designed to cut brush. Operative word is cut". That blade couldn't cut butter. A true waste of my time and money. If this is how they maintain their tools I will find other place to rent from"

I have been a Home Depot client fo the majority of my residences needs over the past 30 years. I went in to purchase a washing machne . I was met by a extremely pleasent front line associate . Thats where it ended. They would not honour a full price match guarantee. The floor manager was abrupt and had a poor customer attitude. he was calling his manager , however he kept walking away to do so. 'I asked to speak to hgis manager Mandeep, howevr he quickly said they are in a meeting " Without any regard for my time . I indoicated I was still bvuying as it wasnt worth my time to go elsewhere after 45 min

The staff in the Garden Center were friendly, helpful and courteous. They will go the extra mile. An employee named Tunde helped bring my plants to my vehicle and load them in while I held up the hatch as it would not stay up on its own. Nice to see friendliness and help from young staff these days.

Just really great seevice all the time!! Bought the wrong thing and needed to return it, but i had sort of ruined the packaging....however they understood and let me return it anyway :) Shout out to Rosa and Rhythm, who made the whole experience easy and pleasant!

Awful experience! Tried returning a dented hot water tank that was purchased this morning at another location. The Manager Abdul at the Keneston location would not except my return, told me I had to return the item to the original location, explained to him I called customer service and another location that said i could return it to any location. Abdul refused to return the item, made me re load the hot water tank and didn’t even offer to help.It’s ridiculous Home Depot would hire a manger who doesn’t even know the return policy. The laziness is disgusting.
