REQUESTED A LG APPLIANCE REPAIR THROUGH WARRANTY AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED BACK. BAD SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Kirpal Appliances Ltd installed my washer and dryer in 2006 with absolutely no issues until recently when the dryer drum only rotated with small loads. Telephoned Kirpal Appliances to discuss the problem and get a cost estimate. Their technician, Rakesh, arrived on schedule this afternoon. Ironically, the same gentleman who had installed the appliances .. what a good testament to employee retention. Dryer was rapidly dismantled, inspected, the problem parts identified and replaced (drum belt and idler assembly) plus a long overdue 16 years clean performed. All tasks done efficiently, professionally and at a fair price within the original estimate.

We had our washer fixed back in January this year. We previously had a repair guy come over for a warranty repair from Whirlpool who just didn't do a thing. Soon the warranty period was over. The service guy from Kirpal arrived on time, did a prompt diagnostic test, figured out the problem and fixed it in less than one hour. I really liked how he explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed in the language I could understand. I thought the rate was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again if I ever need to.

Professional and honest - Kirpal’s years off experienced save me an unnecessary repair from a pump replacement to the drain hose pushed to deep and water was reentering the machine.

Had to use Kirpal for LG dryer repair (only authorized repair in the area that LG will contract with). The repair guy came and seemed like an intern without any back-up support. Not sure he knew what he was doing, really. Naturally, the repair" did not solve the problem. Sent videos of the still broken dryer to Kirpal like they suggested. No reply. Now not answering the phone or returning phone calls. Definitely do not recommend Kirpal repair."

I have used Kirpal Appliances for many years.They are always on time Polite and very Quick to perform what service I have requested.They are very resonable as far as pricing goes.I don't hesisate to call them when ever any of my appliances are in need of repair.

The technician was knowledgeable and thoughtful in discussing the problem and solution. Everything was fixed promptly and to our satisfaction.

Very happy with the service received from Kirpal Appliances for the repair of our fridge. Prices were reasonable and service was excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend and use them again.

Great Company ! Mr Kirpal came to fix my dryer on such a short notice. The pricing was reasonable and they gave me great discount. My fridge was having a bit of trouble which they recommended not worth to fix. I highly appreciate this company being honest. Highly recommended.
